I was a little disappointed by the atmosphere of the hotel. Really small rooms and the overall impression is not modern to me. Old 90's style with carpets everywhere. Also the breakfast was generally average.

best location for those attending the conference as it features covered walkway to the convention center. the amenities were first class, the wifi was free. I appreciated the sleeping robe just when I inconveniently forgot to pack sleepwear. breakfast can be taken either at the dining hall buffet style or as room service just in case you don't want to...

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Osaka. The room was big and comfortable. There's even background music in the room. Clean big super King sized bed with beautiful view at the window. I was most impressed with the laundry service. They were efficient and detail oriented. The wifi was strong and straightforward to log in....

I really liked the hotel but the bathroom had hair in it in several places (toilet, tub sink). That just grossed me out. When you stay in a hotel, you know you're sleeping in a room where hundreds of others have slept but a clean room let's you delude yourself into thinking it's only yours. A dirty room just smashes...

Early check in at noon – ¥8,460 (Over $80.00) was not advised there would be an early check in charge. I arrived from the airport and was told “your room is ready” no extra charge was mentioned, If I had been advised of the charge I would have declined, ¥8,460 is overpriced for a couple hours wait for a regular...

I visited Osaka to attend a business meeting so I stayed at RIHGA for few days. I had expected the room to be small as it's the standard in Japan but I think they could've done a much better job on decorating to make the room feel more welcoming. Pictures are included for reference.

This hotel really maintains the Showa-era vibe of old-school Japanese hotels, right from the decor of the lobby. The room was a decent size by Japanese standards and was very clean. The room fixtures are largely old and small -very 1980s. I didn't have time to try the breakfast but I would imagine it to be the standard Japanese hotel...

This is an excellent hotel. It is located in somewhat a business district, but it is far from commercial establishments like restaurants and shops. We stayed in a deluxe room so it was roomy and with separate bathroom and bedroom. Internet is fast and easy to access. There is a business center where I was able to use the computer...

Convenient hotel. Not much to do around this hotel. A Family Mart convenience store close by. Free hotel shuttle to the JR station. Hotel has free WiFi. Rooms were comfortable and staff really helpful. You have to pay if you want to use the swimming pool. Bakery inside hotel has variety of baked goods. Few other shops as well. Rooms...
