Spent our our last 2 days and one night during our 10 day long trip to Japan in September. Couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotel as it is right on top of the Osaka train station and we were really constrained for time. Reached the hotel via a connection post our stay at Kyoto at about 11.00AM,...

We had 2 standard twin rooms for 2 nights during our Dec 2016 stay. 1. The mattresses were thin and the mattress pads worn. We kept waking up at night because the mattresses were so uncomfortable. See pictures attached. Note: I like firm mattresses. The beds in Granvia Osaka were not firm, they were bad. 2. As one previous reviewer...

I and my family stayed for 2 nights there. The good thing about this hotel is it was in Osaka station near to some restaurants and shops so we could find everything easily. The room and bathroom were clean but it was a bit old. The staffs were very helpful. The hotel was really easy to find.

Good service, nice and very convenient. Right on top of Osaka station. Shopping and food easy. Daimaru store below. Stayed on executive floor views fantastic and room 30sq m. Worth the price. Free drinks included all day long.

The hotel is very conveniently located at one end of the Osaka station nearer to the JR lines. The limousine bus to the airport is just across the street, even if you have heavy luggage. It is a busy hotel, but staff are efficient and polite. The rooms are spacious ( by Japanese standards), and there were space to walk...

We arrived late and so tired. The rooms is a bit small, out of my expectations but very clean. Pillows is very hard...

Motel is in a great position being near 2 main train stations but that is about it. The only air conditioning our room had was a small humidifier with an air con function and being a Japanese summer of 90% Humidity it was the worst 3 nights we spent in Japan. Free wifi was terrible too.

You are here because of the location. The room itself is standard. Access to public transport is very easy. Train, taxi and bus since it's by the main JR station. Surrounded by malls and dinning halls. Most of the immediate area are closed by 10-11pm. No safety box available in the room. Amenities are standard. Tea available. No coffee and...
