Stayed here one night before leaving from Osaka station. Great location with all the facilities of a large japanese railway station. Nice room on a Granvia floor. Slightly offhand staff on leaving bags and later check in was unusual for Japan but private checkout was good.

The room are very small compared to others we have had in Japan the hotel is spotless and the staff are so helpful the breakfast is not well organised and very congested the staff cannot clear the tables fast enough there seems to be a lot of staff but unorganized but still worth a stay

Pros: English-speaking front desk staff; very helpful assistance by bellboy trainee Travel to everywhere else is easy Cons: for the price we paid, the miniature size room is a rip-off. Worst, they gave us a smoking room (although we repeatedly request for a non-smoking one) at the 21st floor. I'm an occasional smoker & somehow used to the smell of...

After 30 minutes train ride from Kyoto,it was very easy to go there. For short breaks, this hotel is ideal. Also airport shuttles are just across the hotel. We booked 27 floor. It was chic, modern and quiet. There was a lounge with a small library(only japanese magazines and books). There was a good caffee machine for caffee and tea and fresh juices.

Located at a major transport hub and handy to all those modes of transport; including the Shinkansen. The room facilities were of a high standard. The hotel itself has excellent facilities but complimentary to that are the myriad eating places in and around the station. The adjacent area is a multi-level and at times confusing 'ant-colony' so get a map...

The Granvia is a perfect base if you plan to make the most of a Japan Rail pass! It is a haven right in the middle of a very busy station. After reading reviews on Trip Advisor we chose to book a room on the executive floor & pleased that we made that choice. The room was beautifully decorated and...

Rooms small and dirty and very outdated. Been to Japan 5 times and stayed in various parts of Japan but this would have to be the worst! Will sack the travel agent when I get back home! The Wifi reception was terrible kept dropping out. Will definitely be staying elsewhere in the future.

I stayed here for a few days on a business trip and I have no intention to return! I got upgraded to the 27th floor and the rooms are perfectly functional, with good extras like nice BOSE sound system and very comfortable bed. My colleague did not and her room was vile, old with terrible fixtures, so pay the extra...

Excellent view from the 27th floor. The new executive floor is very classic in design. Bigger room with high tech build in. Harmonious interior designs. The room now feels more like high end service apartment rather than the old small and boring rooms. Free Wifi is definitely a plus. There is a VIP lounge for people who stay at the...

This hotel was a wonderful surprise! Modern, up-to-date, wonderful views...located atop the JR Osaka Terminal it is a prime location. The first six floors of this hotel are a modern, high-end mall with myriad shops including a Tiffany. My daughter was in absolute heaven. In addition, there are three floors of restaurants with food from around the world. Although, the...
