Good for very central location close to train station & very modern - clean but no charme: inside game center at main floor (no noise since hotel is on 6th floor), other floors with shops & restaurants mini room next to drink dispenser if you don't opt for luxury room & basic English speaking staff who charge you 100Y caution... My friends and I are touring Japan for a month and was accommodated here for two nights. The rooms were reasonably spacious except for the very small bathroom. The rooms were clean with a comfortable bed. The hotel is within walking distance to most facilities and easy access to the Osaka Railway Station. Our main concern was the complete lack... More

We spent 2 nights in this hotel and had a standard twin room, which was honestly one of the largest rooms we had during our 15-day trip to Japan. The walls of the room were dirty, they had some black marks and even though the rest of the room was clean, it didn`t give the best impression. The window let... More

revolting! The bathroom smelled really damp (urine) and sour, the tide marks in the bath which meant unclean! Smoke permeated air conditioning, mould surrounding base of bathroom mirror, and lack of hanging space and a totally unfriendly atmosphere. Never again!

A nice spacious room considering Japan. Good location and accessible by train with lots of restaurants around the area. Its a bit far from the Osaka station and the center of Umeda region but still a good hotel considering the price and quality of room and facilities.

Booked 2 non-smoking rooms with booking.com. Upon arrival had to cone thru massive smoking area on ground floor to get to elavator to reception area on 2nd floor. When checking in the front desk area was very smokey from the downstairs. I thought things would be better in our "non-smoking" rooms, but no there was a heavy smoke odor there... More

Excellent location where you can access to the Osaka main station with the underground next to the hotel. The hotel was small like most of the Japanese hotel. But we could still open 1 large baggage and 1 hand carry baggage in room. It is a nice option for budget traveller!

First impression, We didn't like this hotel. Small, gloomy and hard to access its front office. Also, It seems located in the slump of Dojima area. The receptions decor was some how like hotel in in "old Chinatown". In addition, the direction from Osaka Station were also not clear stated. Neither data in booking.com nor in its own website were... More

We spent 4 nights here. The room, as with most city hotels in Japan in the budget to mid-range price bracket, was small. Nonetheless it was neat, clean and comfortable. The wi-fi was solid without interruption. It's proximity to Osaka and Umeda stations was great. It made getting out to see the city simple. Reception staff were very helpful. We'd... More
