I only stayed here for one night as it was a transition hotel after my arrival. I had a meeting in Nishiku prior to a few days at at exhibition at Intex, the hotel is on the rail line direct from the airport and the Bentencho Station is directly below the hotel. This made sense as it made access to...

Two pros. The view from the hotel is beautiful and the access to the rail system is convenient. As for cons, the hotel is dated, the beds quite hard and pillows uncomfortable, the staff at the sky view restaurant is unpleasant, and the breakfast overpriced.

My wife and I came to Japan on our honeymoon and spent a few days in Osaka in this hotel. We were very pleased. The staff was friendly, the room offered plenty of amenities. I especially liked the single cup espresso machine. I enjoyed a cup every morning while sitting at the desk looking out into the Osaka skyline. Great...

I would not stay here again. I payed way too much for the quality of accommodation I received. The decor is very outdated, it wasn't very clean (carpets are stained) and my bed was ROCK hard. I noticed in some of the reviews that this is typical in Japan? I have not had that experience whatsoever. I'm a young guy...

nice view. JR and subway is right near the hotel. The Osaka port is close to the hotel, lots of famous spot is also can arrive by the subway. You can put your luggage in the hotel in the morning, then check-in in the afternoon or evening. The staff is friendly and also speak good english. Sometimes wi-fi is a...

The property itself is amazing. The rooms floor start at 30rd which makes the city view incredible, but the rooms interiors are terribly outdated, around 90's. They still use metal keys for the rooms. beds are the worst. I don't feel it worth the money to spend in this hotel. Really a shame to see a nice hotel stopped in...

Run down Hotel with 80s feel. Badly needs new carpeting, renovation. Whole place feels dated and a bit dingy but it's passable. Not great. I doubt the veracity of the glowing reviews its getting. That said, the view is the best part, amazing view of Osaka. The hotel's immediate location is not very good but it's right on a subway...

Hotel was much better in real life than from pictures or some descriptions. I was quite surprised. Hotel room was quite big by Japanese standards. In Europe you will get much smaller rooms and for much bigger price. View from the room to Osaka Bay was in incredible. The one of most amazing night views I have ever seen. Hotel...

Well, just like several other reviews; The bad; -Mold in the bathroom -Cracked sink -Mash up of carpet pieces / stains / patches -Wallpaper patches held in place with scotch tape / colored duct tape -bed is a wooden pallet, pillows are rocks -super modern decor, for 1970 -every restaurant is weird, tacky, and waaaay overpriced Good; -the view at...

Great Location...being virtually connected to the Bentencho Station which offers you very quick connections to the major attractions of Osaka such as Universal Studios and The Aquarium. However, the beds were terrible beyond description. It was like sleeping on a rock. Rooms were quite small, but not out of the ordinary for Japanese standards. Check in was a breeze and...
