Chose this hotel due to its location. 5minute walk to Exit 5 of the Namba Station. Our room was big and we have 3 single beds. Spacious, clean toilet and bath. trong shower. Breakfast which comes with our room rate was very good. Lots of food to choose from. Spacious restaurant. Front desk staff are friendly, simple check in and out. The hotel is 10 minute walk to Dotonburi, 15 minute walk to Kuromon Ichiba market. We loved that the hotel is strategically located. will definitely recommend to relatives and friends.
Aircon is off during winter. The shower is super fine that you don't want to turn it off anymore. Space is just enough for 4 adults. Bed is comfortable. We requested our room to be cleaned, (put your request outside the door everyday before you leave the room) and they also gave us new towels, bathrobes, bottled water, etc for straight 4 nights. They have free coffee in the reception area. The location is great. 3 mins walk from the Nankai Line Sky-O Station. Take the escalator to go down level 1 of the mall and immediately turn left to go outside the street. Cross the street & turn left you will see MCDO. Turn right on the corner opposite Mcdo. You will pass by Horai 551. Then, turn right on the 2nd street, you will see the hotel at the corner of the next block. 4 mins walk to Namba train station. 10 mins walk to Dotonbori & Don Quijote. The buffet is delicious. The staff are friendly. The price is budget friendly. It is very good for a 3 star hotel.…
Fantastic location. 5mins walk across Namba subway and train station. FamilyMart, restaurants and bars located around the hotel. Room was clean. Washers & dryers available on the top floor. Free access to microwave and ice maker on the same floor too. I wasn’t sure why people are saying they couldn’t control the air-con. I managed to switch it to either a heater mode or a cool 25 degrees. Toilet was extremely clean and spacious for a small room. Couldn’t find any mold which was common for a 3-Star hotel. Staff were patient and even provided me an large umbrella when I requested for one on a rainy day. Cons: Hotel entrance was a little hard to find as it was hidden behind a car park. You may only find the path at the main road leading to entrance; located beside the small car park. Rooms were very small. Comfortable for one but definitely a squeeze for two persons. I couldn’t find a spot for ONE luggage; it was either blocking my walkway or the mini-fridge. No power outlets beside the bed which was inconvenient. And there were only two of them which you already had to share it with either your kettle and hair dryer. The toilet bowl had no warmer, only a common washlet bidet function.…
Rooms are decent and clean, but many niggling issues make this a 3rd rate hotel. 1. No electrical outlets by the bed Several on the desk are appreciated, but not a single outlet by the bed or nightstand? Did the designer not know that people charge phones and tablets while using them while on the bed? Incompetence. 2. Temperature controls are ersatz The temperature controls in the room do absolutely nothing. Why even put them there? Control of temperature is entirely under the control of the front desk. The room controls need to be removed. They are a lie. 3. No smoking areas in or on hotel property is very inconvenient. It takes a walk to a convenience store to have a puff. Almost every other hotel has designated smoking areas in the hotel or outside on hotel grounds. This alone makes it a poor choice for anyone who smokes, regardless of hotel smoking rules in the rooms. Their choice to not have one, my choice to go to another hotel in the future. The good, on the other hand - relatively clean, if not quiet (a normal conversation by someone in the hall 4 doors down is easily audible and understandable. …
Hotel located 5 minutes walk from the metro. Eating places surround hotel and a large supermarket is 10 minutes walk. Shopping centres are 5 minutes walk and the famous dontobori is a 15 minute walk. Rooms are fine. Small but adequate. Tea and coffee and fridge. Free coffee machine in foyer. Very clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. Would definitely reccommend
