Stayed at the Richmond Hotel in Nagasaki for one night in March 2017. If I had known the exceptional service and value for money when booking my stay here, I likely would have stayed for at least a few more days! The young lady at reception spoke excellent English (and had also happened to visit Canada...unfortunately I don't recall here...

Based on other Japanese 4* hotels, this place is excellent, from welcoming, friendly, helpful staff to large bedrooms, very comfortable beds and good provision of toiletries. Welcoming free drink for the first night is a nice touch. Excellent location. Stay here again easily! Book here without any doubt.

The hotel has a modern and inviting lobby and appealing rooms. I booked a double (single use) and it was large with a great desk and sofa and an extremely comfortable bed. The location was convenient, close to shops, restaurants and transport. There was a 7 -Eleven nearby for snacks, drinks etc and an interesting bakery at the end of...

You cannot get any more downtown than this hotel in Nagasaki. Llocated in the middle of what it looks like a mix of red-light and night-life district of the city, it gives you all the adventages of living downtown - close to everything; and all the disaventages - noisy and a mix of weird people on the street. Location: As...

The Richmond Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I accidently dropped my wallet in the elevator and within 10 min the front desk called me and returned it with everything intact. The hotel is located in a restaurant and shopping district, very close to the tramway and if you like walking within a...

We stayed in the non-smoking deluxe double room, which was modern and nice. The hotel seemed to be new or newly renovated. They provide charging cables for our mobile devices and power sockets next to the bed which was useful. We like the hotel's eco-friendly touch. They provide complimentary bottled water to encourage you to reuse your bed linen. The...

A decent Hotel, the room quite small, If you wanna a bigger room, select the two separate double bed, come with a additional door in between the bathroom, so that it won't cause disturbance while another one's still sleeping. It's within 3 mins walk to the train station, lots of eatery nearby, & also 10 mins walk to China Town,...

As a mid range hotel, this hotel has great value for money. Building and rooms are new and modern (many hotels in Nagasaki are old) and it is located in the middle of local restaurant/drinking district and very close to the local tram station for sightseeing. Many tourist spots in Nagasaki such as Glover garden, Ohura Church, Dejima, Gunkan island...
