Family friendly service aptts. Walking distance to klcc, monorail and other shopping. Ask for upper floors. You can buy gym and pool access if you’re staying for longer periods. Rooms are adequately designed for small families. No balconies,. Pool was decent and clean

It is well located in a strategic place in KL with LRT and shopping malls nearby. Its a very convenient and economical place to stay in the middle of Kl metropolitan. However, it's a service apartment shared with other office units in the same building, you need to go through some security gates to go to the room. A bit noisy and it depends on your luck to get a clean good room as some are not so clean and well maintained especially during peak season. Another thing that you need to know is you have to pay your car parking charge separately. It can go up to Rm30 per night.

The apartment itself is clean and well kept but they cram as many people in as possible in bunk beds. The rooms are not actually rooms just areas which have been curtained off so there is not really any privacy or shield from noise if you wish to sleep but 10 people are sat talking or if someone is blow drying their hair at 7am then everyone knows. There is also only 2 bathrooms (1 toilet 1 shower in each) for up to 18 people to use.

The apartment as I said is kept in very good condition and is modern looking and has a great view from the 28th floor. You get the use of the facilities in summer suites also, there is a decent enough gym space and pool to do lengths and the coffee shop is excellent.

My one big grievance was being shook awake as I slept in the afternoon because the owner decided to move around some furniture so wanted to remove my bed while I was sleeping. I found this extremely rude and not unacceptable, when I have paid for a bed I expect to be able to use it when I wish to.

I personally will not be booking to stay here ever again or recommending to any friends which is disappointing as location wise it's great.

Review for KLCC Summer Suites by Luna.
The worst renting experience in my 40+ years of travelling all around the world. Booked through booking com. The first apartment we were shown stank of cigarette smoke, we walked straight back out. The second apartment was mouldy, dirty and damaged throughout. We waited in this apartment for the landlord to reply to our messages, about 40 minutes. When he eventually told us this was the best he could offer we asked for a refund. He agreed but when it came to the refund he refused to give us back our security deposit claiming a) we had smoked in the first apartment (we do not smoke and stayed in the apartment for less than 5 seconds) and b) we had sat on the sofa and moved the sheets on the bed in the second apartment. Yes we had sat on the sofa while we waited for him to reply to our messages and yes we moved the sheets to check if they were clean (which they were) but we put them back and straightened them. This guy is a liar and a cheat and his apartments do not reflect the listings on all the major accommodation listing sites. You should avoid any listings for Luna at Summer Suites. There are other companies offering apartments in this block, we stayed instead at one managed by Soulasia which is very good indeed. Use one of the other companies, not Luna.

The major flaw to this accomandotion is that our room was located in another hotel across the road. This meant a journey of significant length everytime we needed to reach reception, concierge or house keeping, which ended up being quite often. There is no phone in the room to contact the front desk.

Our suite had 2 issues, the first being the "kitchen facilities" Which leads me to discuss the items in the room. Now our room, 3401, is fitted with a kitchen area, implying that a guest could use this facility to prepare a basic meal. However, plastic forks, chopsticks, a filthy butter knife and two rickety steak knifes are hardly sufficient utensils provided to cook with. We were truly astonished that there wasnt a functional set of cutlery, a spatula or tongs to use in the kitchen.  There wasn't even any bowls provided, only two plates. That was completely unsatisfactory and misleading to offer a "kitchen" with no way of utilizing it.

Which is why I had made my way down to reception to request a few basic tools to aid us but I was very politely told about the separate hotels.
I decided on not making my way across to the other hotel, i had left my partner in darkness because I needed the room key for the elevator, but also because it was 9:30pm and pouring with rain. I didnt want to go outside, cross the road, walk along the taxi rank just to wait in the foyer for the extremely unhelpful staff.

The second is the furniture in our room.
The rug under the coffee table was utterly disgustingly filthy with stains. It should be removed from the room immediately,  I'd be ashamed to have something so dirty in my own home. A coffee table on the floorboards would be much more pleasant. The same goes with the couch in both the living room and bedroom. All were truly far beyond what should be used in a hotel.

Other than that it was a struggle to arrange for our room to be made up and quite frequently we were left without towels which meant walking down to reception again and again.

Overall our experience was extraordinarily dissatisfying and I would never recommend this hotel. Especially because we still haven't received any acknowledgements of our feedback to management.

Very happy with this clean stylish studio with all the mod cons needed for a great stay in KL. It was serviced daily and felt clean and crisp. The view is over the expressway to the Convention Centre near Chinatown.
V close to the Sky Tower and Bukit Nanas with monorail and jungle park. Great walk into the KLCC along a wide boulevard- which felt v safe each time I walked it.
Grocery shops downstairs if needed. Food stations around. Lovely pool and good gym/ yoga area. I really loved the pool!
Highly recommend if a single or couple.

We booked this accommodation through AirAsiaGo. We had no idea it was not a hotel concept. There was no reception desk and you pretty much independent. We found out after we paid everything and decided just to go with it. We had to inform the host 1 day in advance that we are coming through the phone number given. They sent us all information through WhatsApp. Upon reaching, we went to the mail room and took our key from a mailbox which was not lock. Went up to the room and was fine but soon we realised how dirty it was. There was a weird smell from the bed linen. The toilet smell of dried pee. We had to buy fabric freshener for the bed. Air freshener for the toilet. On top of that, the toilet bowl was shaky and the sink keeps on choking. The cutlery had dried food stuck on them. TV channels are only local channel. We pretty much stuck on our phone the entire time when we're back which was quite okay as the wifi was strong. The other thing that was nice about the stay was, the pool is very pretty at night. As for location, it was quite near to the city, 2 stops to Lot 1, 3 to Times Square. Overall, my stay was okay. Dont expect much and you will be contented. As for me, will not come back for sure.

Kuala Lumpur is keeping up with the Singaporeans in a big way. Huge metallic buildings with futuristic designs. This suite is on the top floor (36) and gives you a great view of old and new. The apartment is big, comfy and relaxing. Well-equipped and perfect for families with a kitchenette. Just 500m from Matic (Malaysian Tourist Service) and 10m walk from KLCC Towers. GoKL buses (FREE) stop 250m away. Bukit Nanas Station Monorail is also just 250m away. Perfect location. Excellent wifi and a great TV! Sound insulated. Building has a pool and gym which are included in the package.

Katy was very helpful! The apartment has good maintenance and the location is great, close to Monorail station Bukit Nanas and walking distance to the towers!
There was a lot of hair on the floor when we checked in and the tv channels doesn’t work, the wifi is very good tho.
