Very disappointed, room so small disgusting bed protection material used for blanket and stay for 3 night never been clean, keep forgetting to clean up, bathroom was terrible must hold it to ve shower as keep dropping, cant be placed, old and toilet doesn't flush properly, the basin, everytime we turn on the water the tap or kran keep moving...

The room was very small, dirty and old. You will also find out an old fashioned bathroom inside. The hotel was not well maintained. The bed was dirty, the toilet tissue inside was dirty and they didn't change to a new one from the previous guest I thought. They didn't provide any soap as well in the bathroom. After all,...

Good: -staff was friendly -close to Jalan Alor street Bad: -has nothing to do with a boutique hotel should be considered as hostel -dirty bed sheets (see pictures) -dirty bathroom, much hair -scratched walls -sliding door to bathroom, so no privacy

For solo backpackers, this is the place where you can have both money and quality. Clean room, cool ac, with complimentary breakfast. Toast with jams and spread. A coffe. Not bad to load up your tummy. Few minutes walk to bukit bintang and half a mile to the close monorail station.

Stay here with Friend for a short vacation. The hotel is over rated, is too small and look totally different from the picture. The room is small, no hair dryer as stated. For those who driving, the hotel not providing free parking or secure parking places. There are people stand there collecting parking fees which is illegal. The price is...

It's not exactly how it appears on websites, the rooms are SUPER small and ours stunk of mold, so much so that my girlfriend is currently bleaching the entire bathroom! We've been put literally right next to the lobby so there's a lot of noise from people checking in. BUT, it's cheap and seems to be in a good location...

We booked 2 double bed bedrooms. They gave us a room in ground & 1st floor. The staff didn't help us with our luggages. The room in 1st floor was really stink. No window in both rooms. The rooms are very small. No toothpaste, toothbrush, & no toilet paper!!! The good thing about this hotel is there is free flow...

general review of this hotel are located in the strategic location and near Jl Alor, good spring-bed, clean room, cold air conditioner, provided dispenser which you can refill your bottle, but the room too small.

I really satisfied with the services of this hotel. Wifi signal so strong, so fast even almost all guest use wifi. Servants is friendly and very serve. The bedroom not great but the facilities good enough. So clean. If i'm back again to Kuala Lumpur, i want to stay again in this hotel. I hope you always success, amen

We visit KL we just had one night in the hotel, is close to the metro station and a walking distance to the main roads of bars in bukit bintang, the only bad thing is that the room is a little bit small and they could improve the cleanness of the toilet, they have a good service and kind personal...
