I have set my expectation that this hotel will be a mediocre one, considering its rate and location in Kuala Lumpur. But I was wrong because 5 Elements is indeed a practical and wise choice when in KL. Having situated in the heart of Chinatown and near Jalan Petaling where night market is popular, this hotel is nothing but convenience....

Hi, we booked this hotel during our trip to Kuala Lumpur. The room is clean and luxurious. We booked family room which got family room. Comprising of 1 double bed and 2 single. I stayed in January for 5 nights and really enjoyed my stay here. It is in a wonderful location where you can walk to the nearest LRT station or wander the night market whatever you choose. The staff were friendly and helpful, my queen size bedroom had huge windows on two sides and the noise was minimal as I was...

Good location for sight seeing. China town night market is steps away, chinese streetfood are abundance, walk to GOKL free bus - purple line - kotaraya stop and pasar seni stop. This is very good BUDGET HOTEL, nothing lux but big rooms, big and bright windows, clean and friendly staffs.

This place is located right smack of Petaling Street, from the exterior the hotel looks run down and upon arrival to the reception the place looks like 3 star. Staff was welcoming and friendly however we feel that they can be well informed of their directions. When asked how far is to go to place of interest (Pudu Central), they...

our travel agency Allpointseast uk booked this hotel for us in the China town area. So we were on the hook for the selection, which is a lesson learned as I trust trip advisor to point out the lemons if you read enough of the reviews. this one good for backpackers looking for space. The location was great, next to...

My first time sleeping in Chinatown area. Have to say my stay was a pleasant one. Eventhough the room and toilet standards was average, i had no complaints. Also it's easy to get halal food despite it being located at chinatown. The breakfast was good too!
