The entrance hall was looking decent but when we enterered in the room (a superior one) was looking like from a scary movie, really far from the pictures. Everything was dirty (walls, courtains, towels....); the furniture was broken and we even found a cockroach in the bathroom. The stuff was very unfriendly (except one young guy at the reception). You will not find a better place to stay if you want in on the action that is Chinatown and Petaling St. However the breakfast is pretty average and the wifi, although supposed to be on each floor, is not that great either. If neither of those things concern you too much then this budget hotel is actually surprisingly good... More

We have recently spent 2 nights here and couldn't be happier. Such a great location, food, markets and the Hop On Hop Off bus right at your doorstep. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here two years ago and it was pretty decent back then, hence the decision to stay here again this year. However, the moment we entered our room on the 12th floor, it reeked so badly of smoke smell despite it being a non-smoking floor. The hotel is a very short taxi trip from KL Sentral (13 ringit ). On arrival reception had our booking ready and we were in our room in no time. If you like China town then this is the perfect location for you. The hotel is right next to China town. Not only that China town is near but there's the tube also near the location is good. I have stay there for 2 nights.It is good hotel to stay.They are serving good breakfast.The rooms are carpeted and maintained.We stay in 10th floor and you can seen the part of city.In evening it change to food joints.You can get lot of variety of chines non veg food there.

Hotel is clean and better and affordable. Staff quite friendly and good service, they are cooperative except one restaurant staff.We reached early to the hotel, Fort desk officer was nice enough to change our room to the one available. This hotel near to petaling street and nite hawker food. No need taxi. Just walking in 1 - 2 minutes, can shopping and so many foods. Great hotel, good prices, clean and bigger room capacity. But the bfast menu is so so...
