A bad experience. When we enterd the room (which is tiny, unlike the photos we saw) we were shocked by the terrible, suffocating smell of it. The room was very dusty. The bed did not look clean, and the pillows were filthy, stained, and smelly. We went back to the unfriendly lady at the reception, who offered to change the room, and we were given a MUCH cleaner room. The rooms are small, with no proper cupboards/closets. The bathroom is very tiny. Breakfast is ok. Not bad. Lacks variety. People working in this hotel are, generally speaking, quite unfriendly. Always frowning and quite aggressive. Didn't like it much there, and was glad to leave. Wouldn't recomend this place. Will look for another place to stay, next time in KL. The only merit, probably, is the location. The swimming pool is nice.

The hotel seems wonderful at first glance, however, unfortunately the facility is not clean enough, there is a problem with the laundry of your clothes - they never know, when they will be ready and back to you. The hygiene at the restaurant is questionable. There is plenty of different Asian foods and none European, which might be disturbing if you are not used to eating spicy food. Otherwise very friendly staff.

Really disappointed with the service at IBIS KLCC. I stayed from 10/11/23 , check out 13/11/23. On 12/11/23 when i came back to my room, my bed still messy, the glass that i used yesterday still in there, and i didnt get toiletries. I was shocked that the hotel didnt do something very basic. So so disappointed

Hotel was really nice, great location, clean and has all the facilities you could want. The pool was a lovely touch after a long day exploring and looks over the city again very clean and well looked after. The hotel is advertised as having a view of the Petronas twin towers however a new building as been built in the way. Didn’t have any food in the hotel so can’t comment on that. If you need a taxi to the airport don’t book through the hotel as they charge almost double. We used grab and it cost MYR 70.

I was here for 5 nights with my wife. The rooms are neat and clean and the hotel is well located but dealing with the staff here is a nightmare. The front desk helpline number of '0' wasnt working. It took 2 days to rectify after multiple complaints. On day 3 for some reason, the housekeeping staff took away the towels and hand towels placed in our room. It took 3 phone calls and 2 visits to the front desk to get it back. Wow! All because the HK staff we met on the floor refused to help with our request. And we had to bear all this after 9hrs of touring at the end of the day and only for asking towels!! The HK staff showed Bad behaviour, bad responses to me and my wife, not at all courteous and talking as if he is doing us a favour. The front desk staff is no different. Couple of the girls are good but most of them lack courtesy and a decent way of responding. The staff here doesn't give a feeling of being helpful or suggestive. Surprising to see such mentality in a tourist city. Some of the other tourists i spoke to in the hotel also had similar issues. We had breakfast at the hotel only on Day 1 so I don't much to say about it. Coffee given in the tea maker set is bad. The bathrooms are a little small in a standard room. The pool is good. The overall aroma in the hotel is good. Air conditioning is good. Skyline view is good. Stay here for the location and the price but not for the service.

This was the best equipped hotel I have ever visited, and note that I have mainly stayed in European hotels so far, albeit low-budget ones. As its name suggests, the hotel is situated right in the city center. It takes 5-10 minutes of walking to the Petronas Twin Towers. You can find everything you need in your room. There were slippers waiting for me, I was supplied with bottled water every day (since you can't drink the tap water), little bags of tea, sugar etc. coupled with a kettle were available, and a hairdryer and all the hygiene accessories were at my disposal. They have universal international sockets where you can plug in anything, so I didn't need the travel adapter I bought previously. The room didn't have a balcony, but it had a large window (encompassing almost the entire wall) with an awesome view of the city. The lifts were a little bit confusing at the beginning, as you don't call them the common western way, but simply click on whether you want to go up or down. Once in a lift, you are not allowed to go to the floors where the guests' rooms are until you scan your room key, so that is an added security. WIFI worked well in my room, but in the lobby there were some problems with connection and it always froze my tablet. The reception staff, however, was very polite and helpful. They would call some numbers for me and did other little services. There is also direct transfer from the hotel to any city attractions, airport or wherever you need. The restaurant is very good and has a large variety of different foods, from Asian to more western. It's on a buffet basis, so you can take whatever you want. I had breakfast included in the price, but if I wanted to have a lunch or dinner, I had to pay, which I occasionally did. The restaurant staff was generally nice and helpful, only one worker seemed to have some kind of problem with me. She always charged me more than others and was somewhat rude and kinda pointed fingers at me for something I never figured out, but oh well, let's attribute that to language barrier. Overall, this is a very good hotel and the only one so far I rated with the highest rating.

Come here because the rims are cheap… You won’t have very much luck with getting help on anything else. Service? No. Front desk availability? No. They’re too busy checking people in all the time. For a hotel this size with this many rooms, why they haven’t devised a special lobby specifically for busloads of people that need to check in is beyond me. Arrived on a Friday, knowing I had an event on Saturday evening. Immediately submitted my laundry before noon, but unfortunately, I didn’t get it back until my dinner was already in progress. I am unfortunately unable to trust this Hotel ever again in the case that I need to have my clothes in order For an event. I flew 10,000 km to wind up late at an event due to the fact that it takes more than 30 hours to iron a Tuxedo and launder a white dress shirt. Great job guys! 👍🏽

We’re late to check in, feel exhausted and sleepy, but this is what we got from their staff: 1. Late check-out is not possible even though i’m accor plus member which is one of the benefit that supposed to be offered. Compared to the previous night i got late check out at 6PM at Phuket and Tokyo, they even offer me to get the advantage 2. The staff didn’t give us the complementary voucher for welcome drink. Normally the staff give that with the key 3. The reception is rude, no greetings no smile 4. Got no treatment for members (which normally i got letters, even fruit or snacks) I just feel like staying not in accor hotel.
