First, the check in so complicated. Before I could stay at this house by Victoria home, I already was asked to place deposit of RM300, then upon checkin, I was asked to deposit of rm100 for two security card from the building management. Third, the aircon of the master room was spoilt, it is hold n stuffy, needed to open the door for the living ro aircon to flow in. Fourth, the wifi was sucked!!! As and when just auto disconnected 😭! Fifth, the host can.just come in to my apartment even I told them that I m not in the apartment and I did not packed the house n if anything is lost, they will to be responsible, the reply was they will be responsible. Feel not secure in staying in this Victoria home, they can tell me they have the master key and can come in as and when they want !! There is no privacy at all. Very unhappy and not pleased with Victoria home, even my family members also said this is the worst place they ever stayed. For that price and service, we should have stay in in hotel or better location in kl. The area we stayed is in little Indian. Alot of Indians are there. I am wondering will I still b able to get back my deposit from the way they have support the tenants. :(…
1 I was check in together with my family, first thinh first is the check in was so damn complicated. Also the travel agent which idk where she is was from, she giving us a very confusing instruction. 2 The PR is also bad! You should never be a sales person or third party travel agent. The service also so damn low, they really would like to collect more than RM100.00 deposits?! So crazy and doesnt want to give any complimentary parking or whatever. 3 The security guard also very rude, smelly and not professional when handling the guests. Really hated the key card!!! Ohemgee why not give all the access for floors? Why burdened us all to go to the lobby then asked one of my cousins to go and pick me up at the hotel lobby just for going to her rooms?! You only know how to collect the money from the guest but yet the service is so damn low. So disappointed with your ‘hotel’ service. I will never ever come again and also will spread the truth about this hotel to all. So they will never come again.…
Enjoyed the stay as it felt like i was just at home, especially having my own kitchen. Location is good as it is just one stop away from KL Sentral and got a direct access to the train station. I like the bed being on the loft with a ceiling to floor window.. Ahhh will highly recommend for those travelling in group or family. For soli as well..will definitely come back
I was checked in with my family members on 1 Aug 2019. The pictures was so nice on the website and we paid around S$60 for one night. However, i felt being cheated by the website pictures! Good things: 1. direct access to the subway station 2. Secured place. High level of security. You have to scan your access card when enter or left the building. Go in to pool or gym also needed a pass. lousy things: Level 20, Unit 20 1. Old. dirty. 2. Never properly clean the place. Left 2 used towel in the wardrobe. 3. The pictures and their descriptions are inconsistent. 4. Broken mug and broken kitchen back glass 5. They gave u one access card, if you go to gym or pool, your entire family cant enjoy the air-conditioner. 6. Check in process was horrible, slow and unprofessional. 7. Pool view is fantastic but very noisy!! loud train noise! 8. Car park is damn expensive, RM15 per entry! 9. No refreshment in the room, pls buy your own coffee and tea. 10. WIFI is slow.…
Nice location, direct access to the train station through the bridge,swimming pool and gym at the ninth floor, everything you need in apartment for a comfortable stay. But awful sound isolation, because there are 5 centimeters between the floor and entrance door(
