The hotel survices are very bad, the houskeeping careless and dirty, the staff in the reception very rude and unfriendly. I stayed there 5 nights but was horrible experience for me i will never do it again

So myself and my girlfriend just arrived back at 3am to find our luggage had been rooted through. In total they stole almost 200 dollars from seperate wallets etc.. Me and my wife decided to visit Kuala Lumpur last year and found Hotel Rae which was in the heart of the city with many Indian Restaurants surrounding it. Accessibility wise, its very nearby to Petronas Tower, KL tower, Malls, Shopping areas, etc.. easy access to taxi's.. Friendly Staff, clean & neat rooms with wi-fi facility. Will visit again if...

The reception area was nice but the guy at the reception desk was not helpful or friendly at all - seemed like he was there under sufferance. We were given our key and made our way...

good reasonable hotel good area close to all the shopping,, clubs, etc remember do not go there in July August muslim ramadam, everything is shut or banned stupid there is no pool, and only wifi in the reception area

I only stayed for night after a long flight from Heathrow to Bangkok to Singapore then to KL. It seems Eid was around the corner so naturally all hotels in the surrounding KL area are all fully booked.
