Started with a great experience during check-in, a smooth process due to earlier booking via website. Good sized room with a spacious bathroom. Lovely extra large king bed but with very soft pillows. Daybed was good, but the view was of adjoining office/residential buildings giving some lack of privacy. Plus window facade cleaning works were being done so the curtains remained closed mostly. Bathroom comes with all the necessary amenities though noted a lack of shaver. The only negative for me was difficulty in looking for a convenient power socket to plug the in room iron and set up the ironing board. While there are ample power sockets they are not in easy to use location for the ironing board. Had to move some furniture around to set it up for use. Breakfast was good expectedly, with ample choices and good spread, manned by friendly and courteous staff. Small but adequate gym, though we expected the pool to be bigger from the photos. Somewhat lack of privacy due to the residential building overlooking the infinity pool. Good connectivity to nearby malls, making the trip to Eco Garden mall and MidValley simple and convenient. Great access to a train station nearby. Parking was cashless and cost RM5 per entry, with your TnG card endorsed at the reception counter. Check-out was seamless and quick. Overall a very pleasant experience at a relatively new hotel.

at last we found a really nice and good hotel to stay in KL room is big and clean all the staff is great. especially Iyan (bellboy) which is helpful to us since we are arrive till we check out absolutely will stay here again next time we visit KL

Booked 2 nights of stay at this hotel for our anniversary. Actually we wanted to book at one of the hotel within mid valley megamall for the convenience. Nevertheless, we did not regret at all as the walk from the hotel to the mall is merely just a 5-8mins across the sheltered link bridge and walkway. Infact the hotel has its exclusive parking for the hotel guest and will not be parked together with the rest of the shoppers which can be extremely congested at the mall carpark. I wouldnt want to say any more just book and stay at this hotel to experience for yourself.

I requested a firm pillow when check in, waited one hour, no one send over. I call to service desk to request firm pillow and 2 bottles of water, then waited 3 hours. No one send over. I call again, waited 15 mins, the housekeeping brought the same soft pillow which is already available in the hotel room. Housekeeping and front desk definitely need improvement

It's a new hotel so it looks as you would expect. The staffs and services are excellent, the best part of our stay.
I think the hotel was constructed in a hurry and poor workmanship showed in the room quality.
1) Sink faucet spout is too short and need to expand out. Every time the sink is used, the backplash is soaked
2) Hooks in bathroom fell off on Day 1. It was fixed after we reported the issue.
3) Shower door need to be resealed. Water leak out the glass and puddle under the sink.
4) There is a small ledge inside the shower that hold the soaps. The ledge caulk is coming off and the ledge is wobbly.
5) In-room safe broke twice, displayed error code "hold -1" and required a staff to reset. We didn't use the safe again for the remaining stay.
6) Breakfast have good selections but they are always lukewarm or cold. The food is hotter if you wake up early and eat between 8-9am. After, 9am the food are lukewarm.
The location is convenient in KL with public transportations nearby and also next to a mall.

We booked two rooms very early (2 months before) and asked for interconnecting rooms as we travel as a family. Receptionist did not pay attention to request and just assign us to two separate rooms far away from each other though sa.s level. She did not even care to explain first but just assign the room and them give standard answers like "sorry our rooms are fully book". The truth is the hotel is half full. We can only conclude that they are trying to keep all guests in a few floors to facilitate house keeping.
We went to breakfast in their restaurant. When we are about to sit down at a larger table of four, the staff said it was reserved and usher us to a smaller table. We find it unbelievable as the restaurant is 30% filled only. The staff finally said the larger table is open again when she sensed we were quite unhappy. We can only conclude they are trying to fill up the smaller tables first.

First time staying at Amari and will not be the last.
The colorful lobby and ample spaces gives breathing space in a bustling city. Wife and I were quite amazed at the wide corridors on room levels and in the room.
Bathroom felt a bit tight and limited counter space to lay out toiletries but other than that room was well lit, clean and beds comfortable.
Easy, walkable access to Mid Valley mall. Our room came with breakfast and breakfast spread is more than satisfactory. Loved the honeycomb.
Gym is well equipped and more than satisfactory for a workout.
Will definitely stay again.

Thanks to Kumar at reception who allocated a pleasant 16th floor corner room with nice view of river although partially blocked by buildings next to hotel. Corner room layout was good with requested latex pillows making it comfortable to sleep on over 2 days. On 2 Apr, we were suddenly informed there was a TV maintenance due to upgrade between 8pm to 10pm. However, after 10pm, TV channels were still unavailable intermittently and made experience disappointing. Breakfast was slso below expectations as we had read good reviews before. Food seemed mostly not replenished by 9.30am so go earlier. Fadzilla took initiative to clarify unpleasant encounter with a rude staff. Hafiz was friendly and helped clear the plates regularly at our table. The walk from Amari to Gardens Mall was about 10mins but watch out to return by 1am if you are watching late night movie as hotel side doors will close and guests will need to enter by main lobby.

Managing the peak period high guest flow need to be further improved. Breakfast experience was bad. Directed guest to sit outside but not switching on the fans despite request from multiple guest. Food empty and did not managed to top up on time.

The hotel looks new and clean. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Hafiz, who helped during breakfast and in-room dining was polite and nice. The location is also really convenient. The room was in good shape, you can also request specific pillow types to fit your preference if you like.

Yes. There is a connecting walkway from the hotel back door to the KL Eco City. From there you go into KL Eco City Mall and find the sky bridge connecting Eco City and the Gardens Mall. It takes about 10 to 15 mins walk including some staircase.
There are more places to choose from in the Kuala Lumpur area.
