at last we found a really nice and good hotel to stay in KL room is big and clean all the staff is great. especially Iyan (bellboy) which is helpful to us since we are arrive till we check out absolutely will stay here again next time we visit KL

Was here at the buffet breakfast and was pleasantly surprise with the service of Mr Subra. He complimented us and showed options of the food indoor and outdoor. Mr Afiq was prompt on his service to ensure we were comfortable. He also gave us the option of hot chocolate and served us one. He is very efficient.

- Convenient access to LRT and Gardens Mall - I was given room 516 and can clearly hear the door closing in the room next door at 6am in the morning - The noise from LRT and the lift shaft were both disturbing. - The thermostat in the room is not working and the air con unless switched off remains on 24/7. Had to wake up in the middle of the night to manually switch off the air con as it got too cold. - Staff are helpful though they like to put guests in the lower floors despite hotel not being busy. - Was told Queen and King room are of the same size but it’s not. King has an extra sofa. - My third time here this year. The Jan stay was great but the recent 2 stays weren’t as good. The noise levels were disturbing.

Went here for a training for two days under company program and the service given is undoubtedly very good. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Not to mention that the food is quite good but still can be improved to taste better.
