The service is poor. Few days ago, we're supposed to be check-in at 12pm but the room was not ready and haven't clean up yet. The room was ready at 4pm and the staff didn't even apologized to us after we've waited for so long. However, this is not the only thing that pissed me up. This morning when I...

Stayed one night for RM130 standard 2 person room with my mother and little brother, a good place to find when all hotels, Inns and hostels are fully booked, I enjoyed staying there just wrong time when there's a construction going on the road. A very average hotel some might say it's overpriced, but a good place for last minute...

It is a hostel. Located close to MRT and Alor street food area. The room is clean yet small. The wifi is available in the room yet you need to move your gadget close to the hallway. One thing was a disappointment, on the last day, we had a blackout.

Hey, just wanted to share my horrible experience at Iris Garden Hotel. This place is not much better than a backpacker hostel. The service is zero, friendliness is also zero. WiFi is rubbish and they know it's bad but still offer "free WiFi" which pretty much never works. This place is extremely overpriced for the services they provide. Only thing...

Thinking the hotel was new, I had high hopes for new accommodations, room quality and all, but how wrong was I. the entrance, small and you need to climb up some stairs to get to the elevator, well, this would be a problem with young families carrying baby strollers and big luggage. Take this as an early warning. The room...

This is a great location with great prices! Service is excellent and the in keeper is very helpful to your needs. We (4 of us) stayed here for 3nights and booked the family room. 2 huge king size beds and a huge bathroom awaited us. Due to the location you can have trouble sleeping if your a light sleeper so...

The hotel is located right in the middle of hustling and bustling of Bukit Bintang area, which means good access to shopping centers and eateries (restaurants and hawkers), yet you'll also get to hear the music banging up till around 3am. The room is very basic with air con, flat TV, and refrigerator, but it took sometime to get the...
