A really nice hotel, excellent breakfast aand a good value restaurant where allergies are catered for. Our room was spacious yet strangely very little room for cases due to the layout of the furniture. The beds are very comfortable. Hotel location is good, there is a shopping mall very nearby but the road outside is very busy and difficult to cross but I hear this a way across from within the hotel although we did not look for it. There is a very nice swimming pool there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre - Hotel & Residences by Accor Group with my family, including two adults, three children, and an infant. Our stay lasted from August 4th to August 9th, 2023, and I wanted to share what a wonderful experience it was. Upon arrival, I was impressed with the thoughtful planning that went into our stay. Knowing that we would be arriving after midnight on August 4th, I had booked an extra night on August 3rd to ensure a smooth check-in process for my family, sparing us the hassle of waiting with the children. This small detail truly made a difference and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Our two-bedroom apartment suite exceeded our expectations, especially when it came to catering to the kids. They absolutely loved the spaciousness of the suite and the thoughtful layout that provided a comfortable home away from home. One highlight for us was the easy access to Pavilion Mall at Bukit Bintang area, which added a touch of convenience to our trip. Though I had experienced their wonderful breakfast offerings during previous visits, this time we chose not to include breakfast in our booking, mainly because we didn't want to miss the timings due to our relaxed mornings. Instead, we opted to have breakfast at the nearby Starbucks in Pavilion Mall, which turned out to be a delightful alternative. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the fact that our apartment suite was serviced daily made our stay all the more comfortable. The housekeeping and room service teams were just a call away and always ready to assist with any needs we had. The concierge staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with valuable information about local attractions. Considering our continuous travel, they suggested a laundry service that was both affordable and efficient. The service even included same-day delivery of our freshly washed, dried, and folded clothes right to the hotel – a convenience we greatly appreciated. The view from our hotel room was breathtaking, showcasing the beauty of Kuala Lumpur. Our suite consisted of two well-appointed bedrooms, a spacious living area, a convenient kitchenette, and even an office workspace. The inclusion of two USB ports at each bedside table was a thoughtful touch that made charging our devices hassle-free. Throughout our stay, I was pleased to discover that there was no element missing from our travel experiences and hotel stays. Every detail, from room amenities to customer service, had been carefully considered and executed to perfection, all without any upselling pressure. This exceptional level of service left a lasting impression on me. I am genuinely enthusiastic about recommending the Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre to fellow travelers, and I have no doubt that I will choose this hotel for all my future stays in Kuala Lumpur. Visited in November 2023, my stay at Pullman KLCC had its highs but also some lows. On the positive side, the hotel boasts a fantastic central location, and the staff's cheerful nature added a pleasant touch to the overall experience. However, several aspects left room for improvement. Firstly, no welcome drinks were provided upon arrival, a standard expectation for a 5-star hotel. In the 1-room apartment, while the overall setup was great, minor flaws were observed. The quilt had some spots on the first day. I had my quilt replaced. However there were irregularities in the material of the quilt which left certain sections flat. Also, the beds were a bit hard as compared to all other hotels Ive visited in various countries. Additionally, finding an empty shampoo bottle above the tub was disappointing. The breakfast buffet for apartments fell short in variety compared to regular room options, and there's room for improvement in increasing vegetarian choices. Inconsistency in offerings, like missing potato wedges on some days, was noted. The most significant letdown was the checkout experience. Despite requesting a 1:00 PM checkout, my entry cards were unexpectedly disabled which I found out while trying to enter the room around 12:45 PM. Repeated attempts to reactivate them were futile, causing a nearly 30-minute delay in checking out and ultimately reaching the airport. The biggest issue for me on this was a total lack of communication about informing us regarding the system's automatic deactivation of card when I had called up requesting for a late checkout. The communication would have saved us valuable time and prevented frustration. The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk from shops, tourist attractions and subway. There is an overpass next door to Pavillon shopping mall and some 15 minutes walk around the park to Petronas towers. The service in the hotel is exceptional. We booked a room with access to the executive club and found it to be a good value for money. The room itself was spacious and clean. I like the dispenser with soap and body lotion and found the products inside to be of a good quality. We had to ask for mattress topup as the bed was quite hard. It has been provided in no time. We have been provided with bottled water twice a day. The lounge was peaceful and well styled. It offered range of food options depending on the time of the day. Breakfast offered plenty of different types of food and hot dishes from a la carte menu. The staff were just amazing. They even organised oat milk for me. We also ate majority of dinners in the hotel restaurant. It offered buffet options or a la carte menu. The food was great, service very attentive. We enjoyed our stay and are very grateful for the exceptional hospitality provided to us.…

This is my playground away from home in Kuala Lumpur. The standard is maintained, as is the quality of service and friendliness of staff. The food is generally good, the staff in the club lounge are great, feel totally pampered. All guests were treated equally and they took care of everyone. Check in was easy and pleasant. Room is clean, big and comfortable. Breakfast was great and full with options. Location was very strategic. Walking distance to Pavilion Mall. Able to have shelter pass way to pavilion mall via banyan tree. Swimming pool was nice but unfortunately have haze during stay period.

Stayed here for 3 nights, 1 bedroom apartment for my graduation ceremony. Big room and space, especially for the toilet. Strategic Location, near Chinatown, Alor Food Street, and the best of all, Paviliun Mall. Shootout to Kamal and Chef Faiz, in the breakfast restaurant, for their excellent and friendly services. We stayed 3 days in pullman hotel, single bedroom apartment, very lovely stay and nice experience, the location is perfect and the service is outstanding. HUGE shoutout to chef Faiz and Kamal for their service, the morning breakfast was amazing and they definitely made the stay at the hotel more enjoyable and welcoming!
