Having great stay at this Hotel that located just a walking distance to Pavilion KL, Lot 10 and surrounding food stall nearby. Food at the Hotel is excellent , staff are very friendly and you will feel welcome.

Stay was marred by leaky windows and slow check ins. WIll still stay here again but hotel will need to do some minor upgrades to the rooms and increase staff efficiency or numbers as check in was very slow. Still one the preferred hotel for us in bukit bintang.

It was a very pleasant stay at Grand Millennium Hotel. The hotel is located right beside Pavilion shopping. Access to anything you can ever wanted, especially food and beverage. Enjoyed the warmth service and attention visiting the club lounge at the 18th floor. I wish to thanks Mr. Adrian Chua & Mr. Ian Bryant for their professionalism in hospitality. Will definitely revisit.

Room needs upgrade to date. Overall the stay is good. The lift took longer then expected to serve the guest. Meals is good with good variety of food. Check in time takes longer than expected. Also no flexibility to auto upgrade for guest to better rooms

The hotel wasn’t the most modern concept but was overall comfy. Rooms and some furnitures are slightly dated behind. Fixtures was old as compared to modern hotels. Negative experience on bathroom fixtures. Towel bowl seat cover was old with stains. Used packaging was left behind by previous guests.

Booked for 3 nights in Club Room and it was the most wonderful stay i had in this hotel. Room was cleaned and bed was so comfortable. The Club lounge service was manificent. The breakfast and the evening drinks and canape was so good and it was replenished very fast. There were wine, fresh juice, liquor available. Incredible service. I have to thank the manager at the Club room, Mr Bryant who was very helpful , friendly and warmth and service was fast and efficient. Would recommend this hotel to my friends as well as I will be back soon to this hotel. Thank you .

Room's flushing system was not working. Waste could not be flushed away despite several tries. Staff said the flushing system was as such and we would have to keep trying. Simply unacceptable. Guest should not be made to fret over whether the flush would work everytime they visit the toilet!

strategic location, great place for work and play with famous shopping centers within stone throw distances. Good food for all races whereby chinese cuisine, malay cuisine, arabian cusine and many fine dinning nearby. Accessible to lots of places via bus, trains and there's taxi by the doorstep 24/7. Great place for couple stay over, sound proofing of rooms is good.
