First Of All, This Is My First Time In Intercontinental KL.. The Location Is Great Near Avenue K and KLCC.. Parking Is On The House For Guest.. First Of All, We Booked Club Executive King Room.. We Come at 4 Something, and Miss Our Tea Time But Is Okay... The Check In Was Smooth and Easy For Guest.. Adam The Front Office Is Very Friendly and Welcoming, make Us excited To stay Here.. He Explain Everything to Us.. Thank For That.. Our Room At 2527.. Due To many High Rise Building In KL.. We Can't Compare The View. The Room Is Big, Spacious.. The Bed Is Big, Can Accumulate Up To 4 People In The Room.. Everything In The Room Is Perfect.. The Toilet is Clean and Big.. We have Free Minibar In Club Room, Welcome Note and Cake. At 5 Something We Go For Our Evening Cocktail At Serena Brasserie On The Lobby Floor.. Our Table view is Nice and Great.. The Food is Great, The Drink Is Great. We Been Serve By Saiful Assist Club Lounge, He Is So Welcoming and Great.. We Also Been Greeted By Xiin Wei The Assistant Front Office, She also Is so Welcoming and Great.. The Housekeeping Also Are Fast At Work.. Anything That We Need, They Will Assist Us As Fast As They Could.. Kudos To Them.. Next We Have Our In Room Dining, The Food As Usual Are Great, we Order Non Spicy Char Kway Teow and Kampung Fried Rice.. At First Our Food That Come Is Spicy, Sharul The In Room Dining Person Assist Us To Get Our New Food That Is Non Spicy.. Sharul is So Good and Friendly.. Always At Help To The Guest.. Then Come The Morning Breakfast, This Is Where The Minor Set Back Happen. Firstly We Scan Our My Sejahtera and Are Bring To Our Sit, I tell To my Friend How Bout We Sit At The Evening Cocktail Sit.. Suddenly Azlan one Of The Intern Crew Tell Me, that Area Is Only For Club Room Sit.. FYI OUR ROOM IS AT THE CLUB ROOM WHY WE CANNOT SIT THERE, BECAUSE OF HIS WORD THE MOOD STRAIGHT AWAY CHANGE.. WE REQUEST TO SIT AT THE CLUB AREA. WHEN HE COME AND SEND THE DRINK I TELL HIM THAT WE ALSO STAY AT THE CLUB ROOM, HE REPLY Me, WE NEED TO TELL THE DOOR PERSON WHETHER WE STAY AT CLUB ROOM OR NORMAL ROOM. WHAT? THAT IS THE FIRST, FIRST OF ALL THE DOOR PERSON SHOULD KNOW WHICH FLOOR IS THE CLUB GUEST.. AND THEN WE SHOULD NOT TELL THE DOOR PERSON THAT WE STAY AT THE CLUB ROOM.. AZLAN DID NOT CARE TO APOLOGISE.. WHAT A BUMMER.. THEN While We Are At Our Sit.. We Saw One Indian Manager or Morning F&B Manager Only Care To Serve Forgeiner.. Anyway That Is What A Definition Of Double Standard.. First Azlan The Intern See Us As Like Meh, Not Friendly AT all and The Manager itself Care to Serve Forgeiner.. Pls Improved On this.. Don't judge Your Guest from Their Appearance.. Thanks God, Rosdi Or Rosmi The Club Breakfast staff Apologise on behalf of Azlan Behaviour and Give Us Our Free Tea Time that We Miss.. Rosdi is the best.. Friendly and Great.. Unfortunately we can't take it cause something come up.. Perhaps is future.. :) Location - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Parking - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Front Office - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Room - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Club Lounge - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Evening Cocktail - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Housekeeping - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 In Room Dining - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Breakfast - 🌟🌟🌟 Overall Experience - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Will I Come Back? DEFINETELY! Beside The Breakfast Set Back.. Everything Is Nearly Perfect.. Thank You For The Nearly Perfect Experience :)

The room was fantastic and the amenities really nice. But I expected that from world-class hotel. What I didn’t expect was the overwhelmingly good level of service and the quality of the food. Every single person I encountered in the hotel had a fixation for good service. They made it feel natural though. Harry was particularly kind, and the room service excelled amid all the COVID restrictions. Fantastic food at a very reasonable price.

Did a staycation recently at Intercontinental Kuala Lumpur during the period of MCO 3.0 lockdown therefore all hotel activities were closed during this time. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay in the premier room (which we were upgraded to) . The room is well appointed and recently refreshed with many modern amenities to cater to a tourist or business traveller’s comfort. The bed is king size and big, wifi is strong, there is a working desk for business travellers. There is also bathtub and rainforest shower in the bathroom. Our package covers afternoon tea and breakfast , it was delivered to our room through room service. The afternoon tea was very good where it is served in a 3 layer box . There were scones , savoury tarts and sweets with tea. We enjoyed ourselves in the comforts of the room. This hotel is 5 mins walk away from KLCC and 3 mins walk from Intermark , therefore there are plenty restaurants you can visit and for shopping. I would like to highlight the excellent service from the concierge, front desk and room service, they greet every time they see a guest. All of them are very cheerful, friendly and always offering help during our stay. The food provided during breakfast was sumptuous , eventhough it is in the room, I felt like I was having buffet breakfast with all the foods and choices given. We also had the room service calling to ask whether we need anything else on top of all the food provided. I really enjoyed my stay at Intercontinental and had no regrets coming eventhough I am not able to use the hotel amenities during MCO. The service itself is good enough to make my stay a delightful and enjoyable one.

Booked a package for room stay which includes breakfast and afternoon tea for 2 persons. The room was really spacious and nice but a bit odd on the room layout but it was fine. The bathroom was nice too with shower and bathtub. The breakfast is great with a lot of varieties and choices, they were following SOPs which they served the buffet for us. As for the afternoon tea, it was really lovely and it was quite a lot though. The staff packed the leftovers for us which we were really thankful. We were given a late check out too. Thank you so much for a great experience.

Check-in took awhile because I was waiting behind several couples, but at least the staff realised that and diverted a few to other counters. Check out didn't take as long because it was down to the wire and checked out right before noon. The deluxe king room I was in was plenty spacious for one person, so no complaints there? Slept ok for the most part, probably wasn't really noisy where I was cos the room I stayed in was away from the lifts? The in-room amenities was alright, but I also didn't use everything like the iron and hair dryer. Didn't spend a lot of time in the pool, but the water seemed a little murky/cloudy. Pool time is only limited to 30-minute sessions because of the times we're in, but otherwise not crowded at all LOL If you're an in-house guest, they provide a van shuttle to both KLCC and Pavilion on a first come, first served basis on Saturdays and Sundays. My main complaint about the experience was the only thing the hotel has no control over: the basement parking lot because it's run by a third party.
