We have just spent two nights at the Melia, and also stayed there a few years ago. The room was clean and comfortable and although we visited the pool area, unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it. We had the buffet breakfast at the hotel (omelettes or noodle soups cooked to order - always a nice touch) and...

I've stayed there for a three nights and my feelings about this hotel are mixed. I liked: first the location, then the free wifi speed, nice breakfast and the somewhat helpful staff. worst part of this hotel very dirty and smelly rooms and property is very old its need immediate renovation. Great location as its just opposite Times square. Very convenient if you are taking the coach. Hotel staff are very helpful, sincere and friendly. Room is clean and big. My only frustration is with the creaking mattress which needs to be thrown away. Swimming pool needs an upgrade too.

Great location and right next to monorail station. This hotel is rated 4 stars on multiple hotel sites. One would not expect very dirty/stained hallway carpets, badly marked/water stained desk and table, flaking of bathtub coating in a 4 star hotel. That said, the hotel bedding was fine, staff was always polite and helpful, breakfast buffet was okay with good...

Little disappointed with some of the comments on the Melia. This is about our 12th Stay here, albeit in The Level rooms. This is NOT a 5 star Hotel; nor does it pretend to be. Yes, is due for an upgrade, which we understand is coming soon. KL is not a city if you want to relax in your room...get...

We had stayed a few months ago and having taken two rooms to cater for a family of 10 pax. There were no flaws during the check-in. However, it was a dull moment as there were nor greetings neither a friendly smile from the receptionist on duty during the process of check-in. It felt long (like time stand still). It...

I arrived at this hotel using the monorail train from the airport after changing from airport KLIA Express train to monorail train at KL Sentral. From KL Sentral, just walked through the new Nu Sentral Mall which leads to the monorail station through the newly opened foot bridge. Four stations away is Imbi monorail station and the hotel is just...

Very ordinary experience. Was greeted by a scowling clerk when I arrived for check-in. Most staff were not helpful. The hotel could use a complete overhaul. Everything is very very old and tired. Smelly old carpets, holes in some spots. Archaic bathroom, filthy showerhead, old towels and a hair dryer that I could only describe as an antique. I asked...
