Staying here for 6 days during hari raya, as a Starwood Preferred Guest i wasn't directed to club lounge for check in. However, check in on the main lobby was smooth and fast. I was staying in residential tower with one bedroom executive residence. Access to club lounge is really nice, i could go here around 2-3 times a day...

Visited Westin Hotel in September'2013 last month and it was just a beautiful and warm place to be in. The best feature was the in room spa. People were very friendly. There would always always be someone on the door to welcome and make us feel warm through out our stay. The breakfast would be lovely and very tasteful everyday....

The Westin is a very comfortable establishment with great views of Petronas or city on request. They are quite spacious and cleaned several times a day. Assortment of coffee and teas are quite generous in the rooms. WiFi and satellite available not to mention the gym is worth the visit for the workout and the views. The pool is quite...

A business trip. Check into their Executive Club facilities. They upgraded us from 2 Club Room to a 2-Bedroom Residence. The lift lobby of the "residence" block is tucked at an awkward corner, with a poor-looking entrance/hall-way. The Residence block is in fact the same building as the hotel, only have a different designated floor to residents with an ugly...

I find the Westin KL to be one of the finest place in the region facing the ever busy Bintang Walk. Despite the commotion out there arising from eager shopper and the local pubs and restaurants, Westin KL offers a sense of escapism in terms of ultimate relaxation. The rooms were spacious indeed with a magnificent view over Bukit Bintang....

Stayed in a two-bedroom residence, in a separate wing of the hotel. Arrived late, only one staff at Front Desk and since no other guests were checking-in, the process was fast and smooth, however we were waved in the general direction of the lift lobby and left to find our own way - other hotels usually make it a point...

I've just figured out that all the hotels that have awful internet connectivity are supplied by the same company: "Solution IP". Therefore, in the future I will try not to stay in hotels that use their solution as it's awful.
