Nobody helped me with my luggage upon my arrival. There was a staff who guided me to the reception area though. The reception didn't capture my amended booking for extension of another night therefore resulting me in having to check out & check in again the next day. The reception personnel wasn't sure on the procedures & had to be...

The hotel is nice and comportable. It is located in the middle of shopping area of Kuala Lumpur, If you would want to stay there for a tour of the city, with lots of foods, souvenirs, massages, shirts and other this is the hotel for you. It is also a walk away from the good malls of KL. The hotel...

I had five hotels picked out and truly could not decide between them which to stay at - all similar price, within a block of each other. Chose Royale Bintang purely by their prompt return email communication and and availability for late check out. They are currently renovating rooms and we stayed in a deluxe king on 15th floor with...

I had stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago with my family, and thought it was quite good. For a recent trip we booked again, afterwards I read some reviews and got a bit worried about some of the reviews, perhaps it had gone downhill rapidly. I was nicely surprised. No this is not the most modern hotel...

A group of us stayed at the hotel this past weekend. The location is fantastic yet the prices are reasonable and it also includes a great breakfast. Staff were very friendly, and we were accommodated with all our request. It rained a little while we were there and staff arranged umbrellas for us. Extremely friendly and helpful.

We arrived in Malaysia from Europe via Changy Airport (Singapore) to The Royale Bintang Hotel, a late evening with floading streets, monstruous traffic and heavy rain. Yet there were absolutely no traffic policemen in sight anywhere and the intersections where chaotic to say the least. Uncivilized motocyclists on both side of the highways, making the journey from Airport to The...

I've stayed in this hotel for 1 night and honestly I could not comment that much because one night and most of the time I was not in the hotel.. I just sleep and take a bath there. I have a lovely breakfast there too.. I will come to that... I was greeted by polite receptionist and gave me a...

We stayed here 7 nights in March this year. The room was dated, but fairly roomy and light. One plus was that we had a king sized bed! The bathroom did need some repairs, things that were more annoying than anything. The one big downside and disappointment for us was that our room looked over a building site and they worked...

The hotel is a decent place to stay in albeit really outdate and even has a weird smell. Close proximity to shopping centers and good restaurants. However, to anyone of you planning to stay in this hotel, I'm warning you to look after your belongings! My friend returned to our room after a whole day tour to find our vault...

We stayed for 2 nightson the 15th and 16th of April. The experience was great, efficient check-in and very helpful staff. The location of the hotel is very covenient for shopping, relaxing with the Spas and food at the nearby food street. Also one gets a very good view of the Petronas Tower from the room. Would recommend the hotel...
