I stayed in the hotel for 3 days. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: 1. The hotel looks very nice on the outside and when you enter the room. 2. The buffet breakfast has few variety but the taste is ok. 3. The price of the rooms is value for money. Cons: 1. The photos are deceiving. The rooms...

Firstly, the hotel is located at an excellent point. The mono-rail station is located withing a walking distance of just 5 minutes from the hotel. The staff were really accommodating and well informed of the place we wanted to visit or look around. The food items in the restaurant were delicious and a variety was available. The taxi/car rental service...

The hotel is quite run down. I have bed mites bites after 4 days of stay. Not too clean. Bathroom is very run down with alot of dirt in the bathtub. The lights are dim making it looks creepy. There are roaring sound at night which make the room even scarier. Not feel like going back hotel after tour as...

The best aspect of the rooms are, if you are traveling in a group you can get adjacent rooms with a common door in between which helps a lot and they have enough of these. The breakfast spread is good enough to kick start your day - Indian and English breakfast spread is on offer. The bad part of this...

As a 4 star hotel, expecting better but maybe due to peak season and lift under renovation. From 6 lift only 2 works. Have to wait more than 20 min to use The lift. In The Room you can hear people talking outside, less privacy.

The check in and check out was smooth.Clean and spacious room with all the basic amenities i.e electric kettle, Mini bar fridge etc but the decor was a bit dull. Monorail station is just 5 to 7 minutes walks.

We stayed at this hotel in october this year for 3 nights, found check in and check out was very smooth and didn't take too long. We stayed at too different levels at 12th and 20th as we landed in KL at 14:00 hrs we didn't wanted to travel any further (i.e genting) so stayed at this hotel for a...

At second day of visit the hotel telephone didn't work,so for any order anyone should go directly to reception with just 2 working elevator of total lifts. Safe box wasn't work properly and for fixing each time need to wait approximately 2 hour for manager to come and fix. After leaving the room the AC is working nonstop then while...
