My stay here was perfect, mainly for its location from certain hotspots like Bangsar, KL, Bukit Jalil, & PJ, which is where my conferences were held. Check out the executive lounge and the business centre on the 23rd floor, this place was so complete it was my office during my stay. New rooms are quite tasteful, and the makeover is...

This hotel is located on the old klang rd.. A lot of businessmen and women tend to frequent this establishment. The place in general is tired and well aged.(apart from the reception area). There is a refurbishment program ongoing and it is certainly in need of it. The rooms are of good size, but again well worn. Housekeeping seemed to be...

On arrival, the reception was very friendly and allotted rooms promptly. the location of the Hotel was ideal; the market place was nearby. the complimentary buffet breakfast was sumptuous and had great taste. The room given to me was main road facing and offered a great view of the same. Wifi was good and worked well.

The views from the upper floors facing the city is really nice, and the adjacent shopping centre is a welcome convenience. However, steer clear of this place if you need to stay connected during your stay. Wi-Fi was not working for the major part of the day, and the first response from the front desk staff was that this does...

I was fortunate to be allocated one of their refurbished executive rooms on the 24th floor. The best part though was access to the Business Lounge in which breakfast was served and also complementary afternoon tea. The staff there were most welcoming; remembering me by name. Pro: The food is quite nice. We have the hotel catered for breakfast, lunch, dinner and two tea breaks during the three days workshop. Breakfast is standard with repetitive but is acceptable. Both lunch and dinner we see improvement and variations. In addition, they do separate different section specifically for different group/event in their cafe. Which is a good thing...
