Detailed Reviews
It was a pleasant 3-night stay in the huge 2-bedroom apartment for the four of us.
The fully furnished apartment has all the amenities you could wish for. Washer. Dryer. Oven. Microwave. The apartment also has 3 toilets, 2 showers and a bathtub attached to the master bedroom. The balcony overlooks the pool.
Once you are here, you are away from the hustle and bustle of KL, but mere minutes away from KLCC and Pavilion, major shopping destinations. These places are accessible by taxi or a short pleasant walk.
If local palate pleases you, there are makeshift stalls right outside the hotel on weekdays from morning till about 3pm.

Thank you Mr. Fareed for your hospitality.
Pros:
Excellent Location: The hotel is conveniently located about 1 kilometer from major attractions like the Petronas Towers, KL Tower, and Bukit Bintang. If you are coming by KLIA Express from the airport, note that KL Sentral station is more than 4 kilometers from the hotel. Avoid taking taxis at the airport as they are too expensive; it's best to use a Grab taxi.
Spacious Rooms with Balconies: The rooms are quite spacious, providing ample space to relax. Many rooms come with balconies. Be sure to request a room facing the Petronas Towers for a stunning view.
Large Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is of a good size, perfect for a refreshing swim.
Cons:
Mediocre Interiors: The interior design of the rooms leaves much to be desired.
Limited Breakfast Options: The breakfast policy allows only one dish and one tea, which doesn't feel worth it.
Unusual Jacuzzi: The jacuzzi has normal water instead of hot water, which is quite odd.
Persistent Security Guard: The security guard at the main entrance repeatedly asks for tips, causing delays for both me and the taxi driver.
Unhelpful Front Office Staff: The foreign front office staff working in the night are not knowledgeable about the local area which is walkable distance from the hotel. When asked for directions, they suggested using Google Maps, which showed a longer route compared to a shorter path just behind the building.
Non Operational Sauna: The sauna is currently temporarily not operational as the door is broken.
Overall, while the location and room size are great, the service and amenities could use significant improvements.

Spent a very comfortable 4 nights here early in March 2023. Check-in was professional, informative & friendly. One bedroom apartment was clean & well appointed, although a little tired with slightly noisy air-con. If you do not need full hotel service, these apartments are a great and economical alternative, with rooms the size of a large hotel suite. Suggest you do not book breakfast, it’s pretty poor served in a simple café around the corner!

Oh my where do I start.
Imagine when you had a long drive from Singapore to KL with more than 9 hours on the road, only to arrive at 3pm and being informed that the room was still not ready for checking in. With fatigue and exhaustion that kicked in during the drive, our room was only ready after 6pm. We had to wonder around KL with a cranky baby that is sleep deprived for approximately 3 hours before deserving our rest. Don’t even get me started on the kind of service that the hotel’s reception that attended to us. I shall not name the representative so as not to get the person in other troubles, but I wish the hotel management shall look into the service provided by their staff to say the least.
Secondly, the 2nd bedroom was not equiped with a television, so poor elderly had to sit in the living room to watch some TV.
Thirdly, the bathroom was not in a clean and ready condition. We could see debris in the bathtub which is kind of disgusting and the water coming out from the faucet was brownish. I had to purchase 3 bottles of 9.5 litres of Mineral Water, just so that I could shower my 9month old son for 3 days. I just leave it at that for your imagination on the quality of water that is provided by the property.
I had to choose this hotel/residence only because my go-to hotel (Ritz) that offers a 2 bedroom suite was no longer available for the dates of my stay. I am not expecting a 5 star service or best ammenities / accommodation from this hotel/property, but I think the management should at least look into providing a more bearable stay for their customers and other patrons.
I really like the fact that the security guards deployed to the property are always on alert, respectful and friendly. I have no qualms about the hightened security and in fact felt more safe during my stay.

We booked a staycation for one night at the E&O Residence for RM847 to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We saw photos of a fussball machine and a pool table and read that we got free breakfast at Delicious next door. Being well travelled, we are quite particular with quality so did all this research before booking.
On the way there, I called to ask if a birthday cake could be delivered to the hotel room. They said no, but that it could be left at the concierge.
When we arrived, the guards at the guardhouse told us that the cake wasn’t allowed in but had to be left at the guardhouse and we would need to come down to collect the cake.
When we asked where the pool table was, we were told that it was gone years ago. Yet the marketing material had not changed. Is that not misrepresentation?
Registration was not the fastest although there was nobody else but never mind. What we expected from a RM800+ accommodation just didn’t meet it. The moment we entered our unit, everything was musky smelling and no electricity was on, which meant entering an unused, bad energy space.
Then, after turning on the air-conditioning, the power tripped leaving us in some dark rooms and no fan so it was very hot and uncomfortable. We called the reception to complain and they sent someone up to fix it.
Meanwhile, we had noticed leftover Maggi Mee on the floor, which meant the unit was not thoroughly cleaned, stains on the couch, and blinds that could not be rolled up to block the heat. The space was just so musky and old that we expected a dead body to drop out of any of the closed wardrobes in the bedrooms. I told reception that I did not want to stay here and would like a refund but he said he would put me in a better room.
We waited and waited in the scorching heat since there was no electricity and since nothing happened, recollected our bags to walk downstairs to get a refund. We hadn’t even USED the space for 5 minutes.
Long story short, the management refused us a refund because the accommodation was booked as a non-refundable unit. I am perfectly ok with that clause except that you cannot sell me a rotten lemon and expect me to pay for it. If I had a juicy lemon but could not make it to stay today, then fine, I would pay for it. But here you are expecting me to pay for a rotten lemon which had I known how rotten it was with the misrepresentation, I would not have booked it AT ALL. Terribly, terribly disappointed.

Good location.....walk to Petronas is about 15/20 minutes. Same to the nightlife at Changkat Bukit Bintang. Also to shopping areas. Traffic in the area is pretty bad. Lovely security guys....always great with smile/wave/salute. Room massive and all you need in there. However, it seems nigh on impossible to control the AC, notably in the bedroom, which was too warm even when the AC was supposedly on full blast. There is a ceiling fan that helps a bit. Bathrooms lovely and great bath and shower. Kitchen area good. Ask to have room serviced daily so you can get a restock of water and tea/coffee etc. Building site next door as new tower going up, wasn't really a problem though. Once erected whatever view you can get of the Petronas Towers will be lost forever. Breakfast option at the adjacent place is poor and wish I had not bothered. Seem to have no clue how to make a hot cup of tea, but maybe that is how they do it over there? Another time the food was just sat waiting to come out until I asked where it was. Problem with sockets not working in the room, reported before 9am, reception came up and said would send maintenance to sort it. Returned later at 6pm, nothing done? Told maintenance would come straight away as we were going out again. 30 mins later they turned up and fixed the problem in a few minutes. Don't bother emailing the place as they do not reply. Thai restaurant around the corner was nice as well as the Brussels beer cafe.

The last time we were at KL we stayed at St Giles Midvalley (and we loved it!) but this time we wanted to be a bit more central so we took a risk and booked the E&O.
It was excellent in every way!
Really appreciated the washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen.
The room was clean, bright, spacious and well laid out. It had everything we needed and was a delight to come back to every evening.
The location is spot on with Bukit Bintang, KL tower and Petronas Towers all within walking distance.
The Raja Chulan mrt stops at the end of the road (though we never needed to use it)
100% recommended for its location, service and facilities. And we’ll most definitely be back.

+1
This accommodation is security tight, with friendly staff all around to assist you at any time.
Good pool location, but it's a shared one between others.
The room was definitely fantastic with fully equipped amenities, especially for long-term stay. Fully equipped kitchenette, with washing machine and dryer.
Breakfast was served warm and definitely a fine dining international breakfast at Glass Bistro. The serving staff were extremely attentive to your requests. Service top notch.
Few bistros within vicinity with a 24-hour convenience store. Local food trucks are available, especially for take away option.
Surrounded by office buildings.
The main entrance driveway could be a bit tricky to reach, however.
Reception was well decorated with hospitable staff.

Stayed at E&O Residences for a total of 2 nights recently as part of a business event.
The room unit was really spacious: fully equipped with dining / living / kitchen / bathroom with bathtub and shower / bedroom.
The room was generally clean and comfortable. Toiletries provided could be better in terms of quality. Parking is provided and can be a little confusing to new visitors especially when different lifts can lead to a totally different block.
Overall it was a satisfying stay, worth considering giving the competitive price tag.

Hi. Try kiddocare. Google them as I can't put the link in here
I am from Australia and was going to use them on our visit but we didn't end up requiring them. They all have first aid and checks. Seems more reputable than just getting the hotel to get a babysitter in.
