This hotel is pretty nice I stayed here again for 4 nights. I love the location. The bed is comfy with a window. The wifi is strong. Staff nice. Can get a cheaper rate direct. The only problem was shower was not hot just coldish warm. The pool was dirty the first day then they got it cleaned and it was nice to swim.
This hotel was an absolute nightmare.my 2 day stay felt like a 2 week drama. Upon arrival, the check in took forever (at 23.30 after a long 18 hour journey) and I was standing with a heavy backpack waiting. There was no communication to mention that it may take time, so I stood and stood and eventually sat down, it took forever. Once my booking was found I had been asked to confirm that it was a 2 night stay..After confirming, I was given my receipt with the amount due, logically assuming it was the payment for a 2 night stay. . As I walked to my room with all my luggage, my door lock didn't work so I had to go downstairs to ask them to open my door. Once they said it was fixed, it was not which meant I still had to keep asking them to open the door. Accordingly there was no hot water, and after being understanding I insisted to move rooms. Once I was assigned another room (which was supposed to be an upgraded premium) they walked with me to the room not offering to help with any luggage to carry. The room was no different, and thus, no upgrade.. It was not cleaned properly, had a water leakage in the bathroom and the bed was indented, and the bed base was broken. The shower was atill not hot enough! Also, the swimming pool was under maintenance which is also something which puts the price of a hotel up.. The pool is a big pull factor for many people, including myself, it should have been mentioned on the website during the booking. The day of check out, the reception mentioned that the payment I had made was only for one night. She then asked for my receipt, which should be in their system in the first place as I had disposed mine. Alas, after all the bad service and quality of my stay, one would assume that the hotel has some sorr of compensation, but they insisted I pay the outstanding balance. The manager is involved in the pisitive things, such as booking trips with the company in the same building, and he helped me bargain. But when I checked out, he sat quietly at his table watching, not getting involved with the complaints and question marks. In summary, The beds are soft The customer service was beyond poor The check in was not in order The manager was not directly involved with issues The rooms are not blocked off from sound on the corridor. The pictures on the website are inaccurate because there are multiple branches. Some pictures are from another branch. It felt like a 2 week stay at this lonely hotel, when it was only 2 nights. Do nit bother to stay here!…
It is a good property near to central market as well as in the heart of the city tourist center. Pool area is on the top floor it give the beautiful View of KL city. Merto station & the shopping area is at walking distance. Rooms spacious and beautifully. Money exchange and other facilities are near by.
The room is clean and half carpeted. The tv is right in front of the bed and the hotel provided the usual amenities. The room that I stayed face the back lane. Besides 7Eleven, there is Texas Chicken and a new shop selling all kind of thing at the same building
This hotel situated at the main road, with easily accessible from various public transport. A taxi stand is right in front of the hotel. 7 Eleven also in the same building and various food outlets within walking distance.
We were staying there 4 nights,we book through travel agent this hotel, once we checked in we were asked to pay tourism taxes of 200 ringgitts and which we were not informed by the travel agent,we questioned them and pay this amount back, travel agent not agreed,we said we no need any tours from them, since hotel stoped us check into the rooms next day, reception in charge let us know to discuss with the travel agent and get the things clear,we asked what is point to stop us the check in rooms, hotel said travel agent informed them to do so,after two more hours one of their manager came and asked some money and he said they have purchased the tickets for the tours and we have to get the tours from them,it is horrible and unfair, hotel management had no reasons for stop their accomodation since we had paid their money even the tourism taxes for entire booking for four nights,we were realy dissapointed with this hotel managements decision, and it is very unproffesional..very horrible..we lost our money..…
The hotel is located in central market close proximity to China town, LTRs. Rooms and facilities are in average. Don’t have much variety for the breakfast. Even they are telling they have wide range of tv channels there aren’t much. Only one international channel & several local channel. Good if you are seeking for a low price
I’ve stayed here many times in the last few years. Reception is still great and the pool awesome. Unlike previous visits the corridors are showing a lot of wear. Room cleaning was poor. A pillow had a blood stain on the rear side. Left over coffee drinks were tipped down the toilet, not flushed and splashed over the seat. Noise from guests in the corridor in the morning was terrible 4 of the 5 mornings. This used to be cheap, good and right in the middle of access to all over the city. Staying dry walking when it rains. Not good for me anymore.
I stayed in June/July 2017. The hotel has superb location. The rooftop view is wonder, you can see the twin towers, KL tower and Merdeka square. It also has a small swimming pool for relaxation and sunbathing. The wifi is also excellent. I was able to get wifi even outside on the street, in front of hotel. The hotel breakfast is not much. I recommend eating outside. Other than that, I would stay there again.
Excellent customer service, beautiful location which makes it easily accessible and to other areas of the city. Breakfast was amazing. We had a pleasant stay in the hotel and Kuala Lumpur. I recommend to everyone traveling to Kuala Lumpur.
