My friend & I was stayed at WP Hotel on 9th March 2023 - 11 March 2023. We have many bad experiences here. 1. The Front Desk staff no smile at all. (As we know, Front Office is the first impression for the guest) 2. The SDB no Battery & can't use. (I already called the front desk about our SDB in the room no battery and can't use it. They said, it's broken so I must come to Front Desk to keep my documents) 3. The WiFi can't reach our room. (We stay at room 502, the wifi can't connect & can't reach to our room. I already informed to Front Desk, but they said because of Full House, so the wifi can't use. It's a non sense.) 4. Toilet Bowl in our room can't flush sometimes. (I already called the Front Desk about this problem, they said, they will send the Engineering to repair it, but no body comes to our room. Can't you imagine, when you use the Toilet Bowl & can't flush at all?!. I already called for 2 days to front desk about this problem. When we check out, the front desk said, the Engineering have a personal matter so can't come. Why the front desk not tell us EARLIER about this?! 5. Make up room. (My friend & I go to shopping in the morning. I already put Make Up Room sign infront of our Door. But no body come to our room to make up when we come back to our room around afternoon. I already informed to front desk about this matter, they said they will tell the Housekeeping to make up our room. After that, my friend & I go to take buy some foods outside the hotel. Maybe +/- 2,5 hours. Went we come back, OUR ROOM STILL NOT MAKE UP YET. I really upset about this. Until 1 Housekeeping staff come to my room, his name is "HASAN". I really appreciate him for his kindness, politeness & his hospitality. The only good thing of this hotel is the Swimming Pool. I hope, the management of this hotel should put more attention for the guest needs to fulfill guest satisfaction in the future. Hotel must training their staffs, the meaning of the "Hospitality" to reach guest satisfaction. Thank you.

Very horrible experience in this hotel. We booked family room for 2 nights, only finding ourselves in middle of below issues: 1. Outlook of room very bad. Water seepage marks all around the windows, discoloured curtains, wooden flooring not in a good condition 2. Cleanliness was highly questionable… loads of dirt underneath the bed, even found empty milk bottle and some lost kids sock. 3. Washroom basin choking all along. Washroom door does not have lock. Mirrors and windows were extremely dirty. Seems like they don’t have concept of using cleaning agents. 4. Pungent smell in the corridors (atleast at level 6 where I was residing) 5. Breakfast was technically buffet but only had watermelon, juice and boiled eggs with white rice with some curry. Justification was that we are giving mini buffet to make price more attractive. 6. Mosquitos in rooms and lobbies. 7. Overall highly unsatisfied with this hotel stay. People should avoid, not worth of 80 sgd per night stay.

The hotel was nice. Checking in at night but the process a bit delay, it’s took me around 30mins to check in not sure what is the problem but the receptionist is very helpful but I couldn’t remember his name. my partner had to wait in the car due to car park around the hotel and luckily found after hours. The room was great with the amazing views but there are used shampoo bottles above the rain shower in bathroom might be the housekeeping didn’t realise it. Thank you.

This was a nice and beautiful hotel in a great location in the city of Kuala Lumpar. Thanks to all the staff in the information desk and Mr Masoom who was the hotel trip guide and Mr Reaz who was the cleaner. Thanks to the kitchen staff too especially the managers. They were working in the restaurant of the hotel, they were very nice, polite and friendly people. We were so happy with our stay which consisted of a week, they helped us greatly. I appreciate every they done and wish them all the best! From Sayed Hamzah and Nafisah Akbary.

The air conditioner remote is old. The air condition is not really cool. There is only 3 light in the room which will be dark at night. Everything is old and has not repaired. No face towel. The room is small. Tbh, this hotel worth 2 stars

We spent 3 nights there. The room was basically ok except the bathroom which can be improved. Shower had two state but only one of them was working as the switcher was wrong. There was blight which could have been easily cleaned. On the last night room service forgot to bring towels and reception could not help because the housekeeper already went home (ok it was late night). So whaaat? :) I think a receptionist should solve such issue with accessing to towels. Beside that we felt well and i would emphasize the breakfast which was very good and people in restaurant were kind. And maybe it's not in the best district of KL but main attractions can easily accessible by walk (e.g. KL tower is 20 min) or by train or with hop-on-hop-off bus which has a stop to 3 min walk. To summarize the price-value was good.

My first time in KL and didn't know what area to choose I booked this one for the pool etc. As per some other reviews the view of the twin towers has nearly gone sue to new buildings but that not the hotels fault. What is the hotels fault is serious lack of Wi-Fi in rooms. When I complained I was given a better room and they know which rooms have Wi-Fi and don't. The swimming pool is in manned until 4pm and when you ask for a towel it takes them half an hour to get you one. Breakfast is great no issues Do not stay here with a family if you intend to go out for a walk in local area....very very bad area. I don't mind as I realise this is the real KL and not the huge shopping malls...but be very careful in the surrounding areas after dark. Handy for monorail and markets. If they fixed the WiFi it would imprive
