We spent a week here and were very happy. The hotel looked like the pictures on the website and rooms were clean and quite spacious. It is quite charming. We received good service here and found the hotel staff really friendly and helpful. We found the location very handy as we like to walk around cities and explore. We were...

We loved it. The friendliness of the staff and the style of this otherwise private house made it look like were were guests at a friends place. Room was comfortable and spacious. All in order for being the perfect base to explore Manila. Excellent value for money.

A no-frills budget hotel inside Malate, near Malate Catholic School. It takes about a 15-minute walk to Robinsons Mall. If you're scared of your surroundings, take a short ride to a cab which is many in that area. Rooms have queen-sized beds, a/c, lots of old cabinets (don't know why) and cable TV (lots of channels by the way). No...

I booked this hotel for an overnight, arrived at past midnight. If only I am not so tired to look for another hotel, i would've done it since i saw cockroaches everywhere especially in hallway and lobby. Some are dead but some are walking around the walls and floor of the hotel (yuck). The receptionist is unprofessional and very rude....

Although the staff are welcoming and smiley it tends to mask a few problems. The room was adequate, everything worked but in the morning I awoke with small stones on the outside of the bed that could only have come from the pebble-dash roof. The wifi only works in the foyer and parts of the breakfast area and is NOT...

“The deluxe rooms are not all the same. The room 202 at the front of the building is the better one with a balcony. The room 201 was far less appealing with a bit of a rough bed, opening at the back on a pit.”
