Good hotel in a nice area. Big Robinson Mall over the street. Breakfast can be improved! Clean rooms ! Newspapers on the door every day. Friendly and helpful staff. Value for money ! Internet is good even - top floor.

Several times I've used this hotel and I can say mixed feelings The first twice times I used this hotel the food was nice and fresh, good selection, room service good, reception staff good, no windows in room, but only 15 mins from Ninoy in cab. (make sure you get a metered cab or shout for chips) Others side of... More

I stayed here for 6 nights and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money effect. My room was nice and big with a decent shower and bed. Staff were really helpful and always greeted me with hello sir. I extended my stay a couple of times, which was no problem for the receptionist. I also misplaced my key card... More

Everything that is wrong in a hotel is “Eurotel”…..right from the time of check in we did not get the room that we had initially booked, by Hotels.com portal. We were asked to wait for nearly 30 mins jus to be told that our room is not available and then given a stuffy old room saying it is a “upgrade”... More

We arrive quite late, around 9:30 pm. When we inquire for rate it is quite high than what is listed in Agoda so we book the hotel through agoda while we are in their lobby. After booking we show the confirmation to the reception. It is quite fast checking-in and also fast check-out the next day. The shower has good... More

God Cheap & clean Hotel right across the road from Robinsons Mall Ermita. We only stayed for one day after lunch until 6pm until it was ready to depart for our flight out. I thought it was going to be a bad experience as it was only $40 AUD or one day but I was quite impressed by there service,... More

Our room is not that clean, walls are dirty, the shower is not working. My family did not feel comfortable staying inside the room. Eventhough we upgraded to a new type of room, there is cockroaches beside the bed and it's disappointing!!!!!

I stayed at Suite for 3 days and Studio for 1 day. Kinda old hotel and there is NO window for Studio. The suite is facing the Robinson Place, the shopping mall. Walking distance is a plus. Got Wifi. Only 1 lift. Near Convenient Store. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
