It was a pretty straightforward and smooth experience when we stayed here. Bedroom and the T&B were clean to a tee. The breakfast buffet was superb and they came through when I requested milk. 🥰🥰🥰

From an excellent check-in and the consistent rooms and location this hotel was fantastic for Chinese new year. They are definitely a 3 star but one of the better 3 star hotels I've stayed in. Initially booked for one day I stayed for 5. TV has a poor selection of international channels. Dining options I the area are mainly Chinese I would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay at Swiss-belhotel Blulane the rooms is clean, cold AC and a good wifi connection, The staffs are very kind, they assisted us very helpfull in our group check in specially sir Michael Tolentino who well-organized the check in process and the check out process, we feel very warm upon entering the hotel until the time we checked out. I was book the hotel as quarantine for 6 days the but hotel provided meal I feel unwell is pretty bad and the hotel is not allowed food outside delivery. Just hope you guys can have a good improvements we come to quarantine not for jail

The communication before and during my stay wqs outstanding. All my inquiries were not only punctually answered at all times, but was also backed up by current govt regulations. I felt safe even before I got there. .The Front Office Manager is running a good leadership as I have observed in the way the staff responds in person, by phone or email and with immediate action. VERY PUNCTUAL! The room is spacious and very clean. AC is very good. The furniture and bed sheets were clean and smells good. WIFI is strong. I Was able to work uninterrupted. The food is delivered sealed and hot and always on time. MOST ESPECIALLY the entire operations is COVID compliant & clean!!! You’ll see it when you get here. Awesome. The customer service at Swiss bell hotel BLULANE has MET & EXCEEDED my expectations and should be emulated by other Swiss bell hotels. Thank you Perry and Linie & to your wonderful staff.
