after reading all the negative feedback regarding to this hotel. my friend and i decided to check it out. its a surprise to see the hotel is newly renovated the old creepy disgusting hotel is GONE. well, its better than before the hotel change the name to "Chinatown lailai hotel".. all room are free wifi.No PEST , GOOD SERVICE FROM...

please...run far..far...away...from this hotel..., old hotel.., smells cigarette in everywhere.., many cokroach...in the room...and the bath rooms....wow....it's too dangerous....so..i suggest you for all travellers..please..don't book this hotel....because..i've experience with this hotel on last May 2014

Everytime we go to manila,we always ends up staying in this hotel because of my dad.I would give it a 60/40....40 good and 60 SUCKS. There are many things that I like/dislike from the hotel 1st is the lobby.They have a huge lobby which is nice and has a cafe attached to it but sometimes the lobby smells like cigarette...

I have stayed at this hotel twice it is in China Town Area of manila clean and comfortable sheets changed daily Staff very accommodating friendly and always ready to assist There is a nice Restaurant attached to the Hotel and all amenities are just outside the Hotel good shopping area and lots of good clean restaurants around the area

Very old hotel and far from the city center. Rooms are not comfortable and clean enough. Breakfast is too basic. Next time I will book an decent hotel which will be the nearest to city center. The sorroundings are very dirty and streets are not easy to walk.

Binondo is expected to be a place of high-end business sector, but not so much with regards to spic and span tourist destination. And so is Binondo Suites.
