Excellent location.
Very clean hotel although corridors could use more lightings.
Room was clean and neat. Bright motif would liven up the room.
Very professional and also courteous, welcoming, and friendly staffs.
Staffs, including security, concierge, bellboys, people at breakfast floor, and especially the reception desk and housekeeping staffs were all efficient. Truly all significant assets of the hotel management.
My score - 9.5/10. 0.5 was the inadequate lighting within the corridors and the not-so-bright room motif.
Special mention are Kim, Shai, Krisha, and Justine in Housekeeping, and Alexis, Nichole, Leo, and Nichole in Breakfast centre.
I will certainly, and absolutely, stay here again on my next trip to Manila.

The hotel is located along ongpin st. Corner quintin Paredes st., just a few meters walk away from binondo church. The location is good if you want to explore Chinatown, be it for business, food trip, shopping etc. it's just a few meters walk away from chinese restaurants, bakeries, church, 7-11, drugstores, banks, business centers and offices, divisoria shopping malls and markets. The hotel staffs and security guards are very courteous and helpful. Place is clean and safe. Hotel rooms are with windows, well ventilated and with street views. Rooms are small but clean. With a mini refrigerator, electric kettle, and safe. Rooms were provided with daily free 2 bottlewater, tea and coffee, bathroom is very clean and modern, water pressure is strong n has hot shower, there's also free wifi.

TLDR: Even if you have reason to stay in this area, as I did, I wouldn't recommend it.
Just stayed 6 nights on business.
Property needs interior renovation, but mostly functional and comfortable.
All staff very polite and most are responsive and accommodating.
Front desk and cafe are understaffed at busy times.
First day showed to maintenance person that the faucet aerator is either clogged or missing, because the water even sprays on your shoes when washing your hands.
Request to fix was simply ignored; there was no feedback or even informational follow up of any kind.
Traffic congestion is almost constant in this area.
So Grab waits will be unreasonably lengthy.
Plan 30 -45 minutes before a Grab car can even pick you up during the day.
Hotel has shuttle cars, which the hotel drivers and bells staff use as a kind of personal business, by grafting their own cost, on top of the already exorbitant fees the hotel supposedly charges.
In my experience, the charges were spontaneously, impulsively generated and extreme, and were about 3x the regular Grab rates, and 10% more than Grab Premium, at the lowest..
Upon request, could not get any kind of a shuttle car services pricelist from the front desk.
The drivers, when asked, pretend that they don't understand what you want.
It's a real underhanded and uncomfortable transportation setup, where you feel just being incredibly overcharged, without reasonable alternatives.
Not surprising though in a country where graft is a respectable profession, at all social levels.
Even walking around locally in this dumpy neighborhood, i wouldn't recommend due to lack of proper sidewalks and extreme levels of local traffic and air pollution.
Don't stay here if you have a choice; whatever you save in time or money, you'll be forced to spend double due to the local transportation racket.

situated in the heart of binondo, ramada stands proudly beside a sturdy and landmark Church. it is also adjacent to a Chinese store famous for its sweet pastries and delicacies. it has a small lobby but its staff has a big and warm smile for their guests.
i have yet to check in one of their rooms. our business meetings were held in their functions rooms wherein cool air and very good food abound. audio system is good and wifi is fast and stable.
no wonder this hotel is always a choice for seminars and other conferences.

Ramada front desk manager demonstrated her ability for customer satisfaction, a model for the hospitality industry. When I checked in, the room was super clean, bath were spacious, shower pressure was fair enough and the linens were of high quality. But, I felt some bad oder in the corridors and in the room and informed her. She immediately try to mitigate it on my request. Since the mitigation was to spray deodorant, that did not satisfy me. She went out of the way to inspect my room and then the room was changed to one of the upper floor. Being a senior alone in the room the front desk folks called and made sure I am comfortable every singe day.

Very accomodating concierge/front desk staff aside from Edward, is Jayvee.
The hotel room amenities are complete. Like sleeping and enjoing at the comfort of your own home.
Budget-friendly rooms, with clean restrooms (even if common restroom) the smell of the hotel is so elegant like 5 star hotels abroad. It was a terrific stay.

its better to book online, its cheaper than walk-in rates. its wise to look for promos that offers free breakfast buffet. the hotel is located on ongpin st., chinatown, across binondo church and besides eng bee tin bakery. the place is near church, divisoria malls, chinese restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, banks, 7-11. room facilities are good, but if you are a non-smoker, be sure to ask the hotel to clean and purify the air in the room.staff are friendly and courteous, but sometimes front desk staff are rude and arrogant.hotel food are simple and ordinary, its better to eat outside the hotel tha offer real chinese foods.

The staff are very accommodating and clean room. The only problem we encountered during our stay is that the sink was clogged, we called the receptionist came after an hour but still the water drained slowly. The last night of our stay the other room is too noisy seems like teenager or group of young people partying on the other room they’re shouting and really disturbing for us and to other guest that needs rest. The hotel should pay attention for this kind of people for some guest need to rest and I suggest that the hotel staff should make a route every now and then to check if there’s any disturbance noise happen. Got to experience elegancy with comfortability during my stay at Ramada Manila Central Hotel. Utilities were clean and tidy. Staffs were very accommodating, plus the food made me crave for more.
