Staff were amazing and very helpful with getting rides, suggestions for places to eat and a map for walking the area. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It is an older building but well maintained. The food was excellent as well. It didn’t feel like a training hotel at all.

We stayed at the Bayleaf for 4 nights and had a very positive experience. The Employees are very friendly and helpful , the location is great , most attractions are within walking distance, the breakfast buffet was pretty good and our room was fine. .The Rooftop restaurant has an amazing view of Manila and the food was good.

I had a comfortable sleep. Nice food although not a lot of choices. The only thing that bothers me is the mosquitoes at the lobby in the morning. I suggest having lavenders and lemongrass to ward of those insects.

Bellman/Concierge Marcus, very respectful of our belongings. Marcus was courteous and kind with me and my family. I recommend this Bellman and hotel in the future for solo and couples or geoups. We will definitely stay here in the future if visiting the area.

Good staff, great location (for intramuros); nice terrace, rooms ok, we get what we expect in an old hotel and environment. Breakfast very average, but we come there for the location. I would recommend a dinner at Illustrate restaurant instead of the hotel for local food. The stay went well, 7/11 close by, nice visits

The location makes up for the quality of the hotel. The facility is run down and a little dirty. My sheets were stained. The shower is good and hot. The walls are very thin and I could hear the tv in the next room. The Wifi is very slow. The rooftop restaurant has nice views and ok food.

I have worked with countless venues and suppliers as part of my work in the Human Resource world and I have to say, working with the team from the Bayleaf Hotel Intramuros is, so far, the best we have experienced. Working with international clients and having limited resources where funding gets delayed as it needs to be wired from the international bank is an issue. Yet the proactiveness of the people working in the Bayleaf Hotel Intramuros, their eagerness to help, and their people-first perspective are a real treasure. Their patience and understanding need to be highlighted but more than these, the venue itself is superb! It's clean, the food is 5 star and the people are world-class. Thank you Bayleaf Hotel! It was such a great experience and for sure, we would keep the Bayleaf Hotel Intramuros on our top priority when thinking about our next venue for our next activity. Thanks again and more power!…

I chose this hotel as I wanted somewhere close to Intramuros and the airport. The breakfast was only ordinary, catering mainly to the locals. We wanted to dine on the Sky Deck but were told that it was booked out to functions, people who didn’t even stay at the hotel. Our sleep was disrupted due to the noise from the adjoining room, kids running, yelling and screaming. The division walls are not acoustic rated.

We booked here to celebrate NYE. We were amazed with the delicious food they serve at 9 Spoons and Skydeck (Penthouse) buffet dinner before NYE. Unlike other buffet dinners I’ve been to, their buffet are all delicious! I love the callos , jap chae, the orange juice, maki etc.. all of their food actually are all good. Bayleaf Bagnet, Paella are also the bomb! I love it here. The rooms are also clean and spacious. Highly recommended to all the people young and old, family or couple.

There are good and bad aspects of this hotel. The Positive: - The staff are very friendly and always try to be helpful. - The location is within Intramuros and very close to a lot of historical sites and museums. - The breakfast was quite good along with the restaurants for dinner. - The hotel provides beautiful views of the Manila skyline that is very lovely at sunset and night. The Bad - There is not much hot water…I often had to leave the shower running for several minutes just get lukewarm water. - Insects…the hotel has a problem with ants in the room since I frequently found them crawling around the desk, and I found a cockroach in the bathroom. Aside from the insect problems and lack of hot water, the hotel is overall quite good. However, the hotel should definitely spray for insects.…
