Detailed Reviews
The Bayview is literally across the US Embassy and offers rooms that are compact, but comfortable and updated. There is decent WiFi, room service and if one wanted to stay for late checkout, it can be arranged for a nominal fee of about US$25-30 in local currency. Besides it’s proximity to the embassy, dining outlets, banks, groceries, pharmacies etc are just a few steps from the Bayview. Their commendable staff are also super accommodating and so solicitous.

The hotel quality of food is extremely poor and serve like prisoner food in plastic trays. Each meal was scary to open. One fruit look like it had bite marks… In the back of your mind while eating, is this safe prepared meals, but for a moment there were no choices. There is no inquiry if one is diabetic, high blood, etc. There tang orange juice serve each time gave me the poo runs, maybe due to dirty faucet water used to make ice. Eventually they sent a runner to get safer food at the local 7Eleven, you just have to make a buy list. I tipped the runner P300 cause he was a life saver! Add tide laundry soap and fragrance clothes softener packs cause rhey will not wash your clothes while in 10 days quarantine. If I had a WISH-do better on food, don't serve it like prisoner trays and ask clients of any health issues rhey may have… Hotel service 👍 Room👍 Food🤮 Gross

Good day, dearest guest! Thank you for the 3-star rating you left Bayview Park Hotel Manila. We believe your concern has already been addressed during your stay. For clarification, it is a government requirement for Quarantine Hotels to serve the guests their meals in disposable trays to further lessen the spread of the virus. Regarding the bite marks, which has also been addressed, it was the way the insides of the papaya fruit was removed that resembled the said marks. Again, thank you so much for staying with us. Stay safe!

Hotel is better than most if you are staying there to go to the US embassy which is pretty close. Hotel has a nice restaurant that serves variety of foods and a breakfast buffet. Has a small swimming pool but closes at 5:00pm. Starbucks is just next door, and yellow cab pizza across the street. In the room has a shower/ tub combo, ice box, hot pot for coffee and other amenities.

Good day, dearest guest! Thank you for leaving Bayview Park Hotel Manila a good rating; we appreciate it! The US Embassy is directly across our hotel, this is why we are the perfect choice when finding a hotel for an embassy appointment. You can walk or take a short taxi ride to get to it. Malls, restaurants, and tourist spots, such as Manila Ocean Park, Rizal Park, Intramuros, and the National Museums, are also in close proximity to the hotel. We hope you were able to visit and enjoy them! Our Coffeeshop offers Buffet Breakfast and ala carte meals every day from 6 am to 10 pm. We hope you were able to try our specialties! The hotel is quite dated, please bear with us as we continuously, part by part, renovate and upgrade our hotel. Once more, it was so nice to hear from you. Thank you so much and we hope to see you again!

Stayed for new year's eve 2020 and we were overwhelmed by the service and value for money this hotel has to offer. Our package only included buffet breakfast but they also included free new year's eve dinner buffet for us 3. The staff is very attentive and courteous and the valet staff is professional and knows how to drive. Front desk staff Mikay is beautiful. The 4th floor has no views and wifi is weak but we are very happy with our stay. The hotel might look old on the outside but the rooms and dining area are clean and comfortable. Also upon check out we were given brownies for free again. So much value for money!

I stayed overnight with my sister last week and it was our first staycation together. Though it was a short time, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would consider staying in this hotel again in the future.
Location is good. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and convenience stores that is within walking distance. There is even a mall that you can go to if you are willing to walk at least 500m. In, short it was a very convenient to stay here. We appreciated that there was a nearby Starbucks where we stayed up till late hours.
As for the room, I totally appreciate that they gave us a room that is near the fire exit. It was very spacious, everything that you expect in a hotel room is there (bathrobes, toiletries, laundry bags, slippers, etc. ) and the room is clean. Aircon also worked perfectly and the room is to our liking.
Service-wise, I would have to say it is spot-on. And, I commend this hotel for being PWD-friendly. As I was filling up the guest information, I was approached by the staff who offered me a chair so I won't standing up while writing. I really appreciate the assistance that they gave me during my stay. And, I also had a few queries in the front desk during our stay and they did their best to resolve it as soon as possible. Also, the staff is polite, friendly and attentive every single time.
And lastly, the breakfast is very nice. There are a lot of choices and it was really good!
In conclusion, we had a wonderful overnight stay in this hotel and would definitely come back in the future!

Due to the pandemic, movements in and out of the hotel were strictly monitored by the staff. Some usual routines had to be changed like breakfasts packed and delivered directly outside the room instead of buffet, trash had to be disposed by guests and had to leave it outside the room on specific time and will be collected by staff 3x a day. Room cleaning only if deemed necessary etc. Despite that, I still enjoyed my stay at Bayview Park Hotel Manila. The only thing that really bothered me would be the room service, specifically on how the staff would knock on the door. It sounded like it was an emergency needing immediate attention and it happened not just once but roughly 4x. But still, Ill rate my overall stay as excellent.

This place for accommodation is pretty much convenient if one does not want the annoying traffic.
The rooms are cozy and there are also religious books inside should one find the time to reflect on something metaphysical.
Great place for a great stay!

We are a family of five, traveling with young children, arrived at the hotel late at night and was surprised to know that our room got upgraded to deluxe. What a great way of making up from our travel stressors, from flight cancellation to rebookings, delays and corona virus scare. Kids had fun at the pool the following day after a quick breakfast at starbucks located in the ground level beside the hotel. Overall it was a very pleasant and convenient stay since our goal was to visit the US embassy just accross the hotel. A good night sleep gave us the positive results we long for😊👍

Absolutely lovely hotel, we felt incredibly safe throughout our visit. Nothing is too much for the staff at the Bayview, they are incredibly attentive always there to offer a helping hand whether it be cleaning rooms, holding doors and carrying bags. We have been at the Bayview since 19 April and we leave today, there hasn’t been a single problem since our arrival. The staff on reception are very friendly and happy to assist with every query we have. The staff on the doors have become friends to us, they are always smiling, laughing and joking as you enter and exit and will always help you grab a lift. I cannot put into words how enjoyable our stay here has been and we will most certainly be back. The location is great as it is in the centre of everything, short walk from the Robinsons mall and across from the American Embassay, all the drivers knew where to go to drop us off. Highly recommend the hotel for long stays, we were able to leave for a period of time to go island hopping and come back and everything in our room remained the same. Friendly, welcoming, trustworthy and we will miss them dearly.
Thank you to the Bayview for having us.
Love the Panis Family x

we arrived at the hotel on feb 22, we booked the hotel since it was really near the venue of our business affair. when we arrived, the doorman didnt even try to help us with our things, the lady on the front desk was so discourteous. after checking us in, she just gave us the key guard, never even smiling during the time i was talking to her. never even gave us direction as to where the rooms she placed us in. even guards where unpleasant. not recommending this to friends or family. never returning, considering there are cheaper hotels in the area. didnt like the service.

Yes in front of the Hotel
4 years old and below are free of charge. 5-12 pays half and that's around P350. I hope this helps.
Yes I think so. But the windows have an anitiglare covering that make the view indistinct. Can't photograph through them. Its the one spoiling feature of the hotel.
