Hotel personnel are courteous. Room is spacious and clean. Beddings are quite good quality linen. Accessible to all modes of transportation i.e. LRT, jeepneys and taxis. The hotel is only a block away from Robinson’s Mall.

Stayed here for two nights at the beginning of an Intrepid tour. The room was clean and spacious, with decent wifi. The location was good - lots of convenience shops and food places nearby. I was able to walk back from Intramuros with no issues. The restaurant on-site wasn’t amazing, but decent enough.

Our room was very clean. Nice & quiet. Staff were great, from security guards to front desks staffs. Room was very spacious. Great location. Lots of 7-11 outlets. Almost in-front of a huge Mall. Surely, we will go back again.

Check-in was ok, the staff speaks English and are friendly. The rooms are good sized for Asia, however sleeping 4 adult straight males was a challenge. Breakfast was actually pretty good if included in your price. We were all full for at least 5-6 hours, the MTO eggs were bomb, tocino wasnt too bad. The location overall was actually really good, 2 minutes walk to Robinson Mall, I think the Jeepney to the US embassy was only like 15 minutes. I will likely stay here again on my next visit.

Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. The shower water could have been a little hotter. The free breakfast was adequate. The hotel was a little dated by U.S. standards but if you have no expectations, you will not be disappointed. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The security guard opened the door each and everytime we approached the hotel door.

Excellent place to stay. Building is a bit dated but location is perfect. Accessible to public transport. Staffs are lovely (reception, security, cleaners, everyone). Food at the restaurant is really yummy. Over all, it was a great stay for me and looking forward to my next visit, hopefully soon. (bathroom door in my room 704 needs a spray of WD40). Thank you guys :-)

Our stay is excellent. The receptionist, staff and security guard are very attentive to our needs and are very helpful in assisiting us especially to my father who is a senior citizen and a PWD. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough to fit a wheel chair. The buffet was great too.
