We stayed at The Orchid Garden Suites as we had a one night stay over in Manila. Despite some reviews which were worrying we had an excellent stay and were really surprised it had received some harsh reviews. We had arranged an airport pick up (1050 php) which was smooth even though we had been delayed. Booked this again for...

We stayed on 2 occasions within 1 week apart; on both occasions we used the hotel shuttles (php1050 each way) excellent service to be recommended. The first stay, the reception staff was ok but distant. The second stay was better as they recognised us so well done on that The room was a suite on the first stay on the...

Thank you very much for choosing to stay at Orchid Garden Suites. We truly appreciate your observations and constructive recommendations. We are looking into our F&B Department's policies regarding small dinner parties in the suite and our Engineering Department is working hard to resolve the aircon and WiFi issues. Thank you again and we hope to see you soon. Mary...

I booked this on booking.com as it was well priced and it had a pool. It has an old feel, colonial style atmosphere, which has its charm, but the breakfast room was rather packed and breakfast was OK, but not amazing, and the intimate feel you have at the reception is not repeated in the breakfast room. In the end...

Converted grand old mansion. Beautiful lobby. Lush tropical garden. Very clean. Very friendly and responsive staff. Too bad, they skimped on the size, finish, and furniture of the rooms (standard). Otherwise, it would have would have a stunning charmer. We had two dinners at the hotel, both acceptable, but again, with just a tweak or two, it would have been...

I love the "old" feel of this hotel, kind of like visiting a friend's ancestral house. Upon entrance, you are greeted by the shade of the trees. Hotel staff are also on standby to help with luggage. Though the key card looks a bit odd, a plastic card with holes, sometimes I wonder if it breaks easily. I like this...

I felt like I was taken back in time around 1920's because of the hotel's old Colonial vibe. It was a pretty boutique hotel which was very reasonably priced. We got a really, really good rate for an executive suite as compared to other hotels in Manila. The buffet was simple but really good too. 2 can be accommodated for...

If you travel the middle road, as we do, and you are looking for a hotel in Manila, Philippine, then this hotel maybe one step on the way to your travel happiness. Located outside any tourist area you still will encounter Filipino travelers or youngsters in tennis training in a hall nearby. In case you want to see tourist sites...
