I was very concerned about being followed as my wife and I walked out of the hotel this evening. Some woman began following us. When we stopped, she made an excuse to tell me "Good evening sir." We turned around and walked back to tell the security guard about our concerns. After returning to the hotel later, we found the...

I have been to this hotel many times. Still their hospitality never fails. From the security personnel, the lobby staff and the rest of the hotel staff, they are so accommodating. The room is cozy. There are many amenities nearby like spa and others but the best is the proximity to the manila bay which i enjoyed having a morning...

This is an old boutique hotel located right at the center of Roxas Boulevard, Manila. The rooms are dated but clean and well-maintained. To capture the fascinating sunset view, It would be better to book a room with a balcony facing the Manila bay. The service staff in this hotel are courteous and accommodating. The hotel's coffee shop also serves...

We stayed here at short notice. Room was ok with all facilities that you require where provided. The rooms were ok. Staff were excellent and service was great. Its a three star hotel with 4.5 star service. Good breakfast and Sze Chuan restaurant next door. Free airport transfer. Close to MOA and casinos. Will stay again.

We have often eaten at the Chinese restaurant on the ground floor but never stayed at the hotel until now. The rooms were clean and stocked with a mini bar great WIFI free and fantastic views over Manila Bay and situated just off Roxas blvd. close to shopping and all amenities. For location and very affordable rates I will defiantly...

I called to inquire and was told that the rates come with a plated breakfast for two. However, upon check-in, we presented the Senior Citizen ID for the discount which is mandatory to Philippine establishments. When I confirmed the free breakfast, I was told there will be none because we already availed of the senior citizen discount. This is the...

Stayed two nights while waiting for our flight back to the states. Pleasant, friendly, helpful staff just like every where we went in the Philippines. Caught a few minutes of the Dragon boat races from the breakwater just across Roxas Blvd. The only down note is that, while it is well kept and very clean, the hotel is showing it's...

I called the hotel first hand to ask if there is an available room and to confirm the rate as well as our preferred room. This was because the regular published rates and rates from the booking sites are not the same. The person from the other line confirmed that 1) there was an available bay view room 2) I...

Stayed at this hotel last week during Pope Francis' visit to Manila. Room rates are affordable, location is great with a lovely view of Manila Bay, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel's staff are also very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and has a good wifi reception. My only concern is the bathroom- generally clean,...
