Reasonable accommodation beware of the cleaning staff My dad was conned by one of them into dating them and made believe she was going to marry him 2 years of going back there and sending money over he was about $100,000 out of pocket.

This place used to be half good, close to the city centre with outside seating in the cool night air and tables and chairs that where comfortable. Street venders used to be the entertainment along with the ladies of the night and homeless in the park, It was a real taste of Manila. The food and bar used to be good but new owners have wrecked the attmosphere and the whole place. It stinks of raw sewerage by the lifts and the food is served cold or not to menu . I asked for a Scotch fillet and was served Rump steak cut to look like scotch. My son was served cold bistek on a cold cast iron pan and the onions where lacking from the dish. Toilet did not flush, the shower old and rusty along with a califont hthat had a mind of its own And staff Well im in Hospitality so can honestly say I would not employ one of them. The Manager isso rude we just wanted out.

I have stayed here many times in the past. I am finding it going down hill, not like it used to be. The price has gone up until ,its not worth the stay even though they have airport pickup. They have to upgrade and lower the price before I will go back.

Don’t be fooled the photos they have posted, those photos might have been taken ages ago. I have stayed in motels and 2-3 star hotels in Europe or Asia so you can’t expect much. But this place is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in. Luckily I only stayed there for a night. The room is disgustingly dirty. I have felt that the linens are not changed. I thought I was staying in a hunted house which is hunted and full of dust. The fridge doesn’t work and f***in dirty. The lady at the Reception named Mary is the most arrogant and miserable person in hospitality I have ever encountered. She doesn’t smile and less accommodating, she was always on the phone and if you approached her for some inquiries she gave me a feeling that I am somewhat disturbing her. But the lady who replaced her in the middle of the night was very polite and friendly. Waiters are friendly , helpful and accommodating. The food was okay but what is disgusting is I found a hair on my food but no apologies were given though they changed my food I didn’t eat it anymore coz I was put off. Can’t recommend this place, even you are in a very tight budget.

At one point I am sure this was a very nice hotel but it needs a complete overhaul, everything looks and smells tired and old. The phone, TV remote, and one of the two outlets available were broken. I did however have a fantastic massage through the hotels spa!

The bedsheet and the pillows are dirty. Smells skunky and does not look fresh. The room is dusty, I had allergies when I stayed there, was practically sneezing all the time. We bought our own bedsheet, blanket and pillow case at robinsons to overlay theirs and bought lysol spray. Management needs to review their houskeeping.

Nooo. This place charges double for transportation to Angeles in respect to taking Victory or another bus company. They have started catering more to locals then Aussie or American. Didn't feel welcome at all!! Good bye mate!!

This hotel sucks!!! Don’t even bother staying here! Room we rented looks okay but when we lay down, bed wasn’t smell good. It smells old and had a lot of dust. Ref was disgusting and full of molds!!! Their staff was helpful but I can tell one of them was expecting something from us like money or something!! I gave her a little money but when we’re about to check out, she rolled her eyes on me and was giving me a bad look!!!! This hotel needs to train some of their staff on how to treat their customers!! I’m not going to recommend this hotel. Oh and in the middle of my shower, water did run out!! I was pissed!!

I stayed again at Swagman. I was really impressed with the changes to the dining area. There is a lot more room now especially for the breakfast buffet. They also changed their menu but I would encourage management to also change the menus in the rooms. It is really confusing when reading a menu in the room but only find out the price had increased when your see a menu in the dining area. The room was clean and very presentable. My complements to the front desk personnel for their assistance when booking reservations. All in all a really good trip this year....
