It is close to Mall, easy to get taxi, very helpful and friendly staff but they dont have the skills or equipment to clean these bloody floors... we ask them to re-mop but, honestly, all they do is move muddy water around and end result is no different. but 10 points for their trying to please the customer.

There are many hotels around Manila but Regency Grand Suites is the number 1 choice of my Family. The front desks and other hotel staffs are always so accommodating and we always feel welcome. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There's a swimming pool and a mini gym that we can use.

The price was OK for what you get, the problem was the neighborhood, dodgy at night, it seemed like a red light District. Didn't feel safe walking alone. On the plus side the staff on the hotel were very accommodating and helpful. The place is much older thst what you expect based on the pictures, but if you just need to sleep it does the job.. A bit noisy at night from music from the surrounding adult services and the AC was very noisy but it worked. It has a great mall very close where you can eat stroll for hours and buy anything you need. Would I return? For the hotel and it's price yes.. But... the neighborhood is a deal breaker for me.

Not worth the price. Balcony doors are damage, having an issue with the main doors (tap card doesnt work sometimes, smaill rooms. Staffs are not that approcheable but not everytime (the bellboys seems happy everytime), some staff in main reception is verh helpful as well specially the ladies. Ou rooms are also clean and tidy. Sorry I am just being straighforward, I just say what I and my family experience during our stay. I’ve been to many Hotels and I can tell what is good and bad on my experience.

The good thing is the hotel is just near to Robinsons Mall, you can just walk for just a minute.

Stayed here in September 23 with a friend. The beds are nice, hot shower and clean.
Could not lick the door to the balcony, it was a bit nervous. Nice swimming pool and gym. The downside was the restaurant downstairs that served breakfast (not included) staff was always late and in the afternoon they had happy hour but item never there. Staff in both hotel and restaurant not the friendliest. But the rooms and price make up for that.

Overall stay in hotel was pleasant and above expectations . The room was clean. AC is fully functioning. Internet is fast. Smart and Globe data works as well. You can work and take calls in the room. Neat bath room. Complete toiletries. The cafe is very accessible. They also serve good food in the Tambayan Cafe. Friendly staff! And the amazing view of Manila bay. Enjoying the view of the sunset.

Very dirty hotel! You can see small cockroaches roaming around the bathroom! The room looks very old.
I had to call the staff 4x to fix the balcony door as it wasn't closing. ‍️It's not worth a penny!

The location is very accessible to the Robinsons Mall and near to the LRT Station, so if you are a mall rat, this hotel is the best place for you.

So we booked for a Deluxe Studio but they upgraded our room to a Premier Studio at no additional cost! Awesome isn't it?

Staff were accommodating, friendly and helpful.

Premier Studio Room is spacious and nice, but toiletries (slippers and dental kit) were not available when we arrived, they have just set it up when we requested for a make up room.

+ they use key card.
+ the room has a safe where you can put your valuables for security.
+ It has a small kitchenette with microwave oven, kettle, set coffee/tea & refrigerator.
+ bathroom has bidet, bath room, hair blower and nice shower (love the water pressure even we are located on a higher floor)
+ bed with comforter, and very soft pillows.
+ LCD TV with cable and a sofa where you can relax while watching to your favorite channel.
+ nice lighting

Staying guests can use their amenities for free (Sauna, Fitness Center, Billiard Table and swimming pool-the water is literally very cold but the sauna is nice!)

The package does not include breakfast but their restaurant offers breakfast to share for P199 (good for two). We've stayed here for 2 nights.

Overall, my husband and I enjoyed the stay. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.
