The overall experience leaves much to be desired. Facilities were average, like what you will see in other hotels. The room was very clean.
Of the three requests we made thru the room service phone, only one was delivered, after almost an hour. We experienced better service from other cheaper hotels.
Breakfast buffet was nice, we especially loved the soba and tofu dishes and the people at the restaurant were very attentive, although two of the glasses served at the table had lipstick marks. Yikes! (Don't try the waffles.)
Don't expect that the price you paid equates the service you'll receive.
*Did not visit the casino

We stayed at Winford overnight to celebrate my brother's birthday. I could say it was a very nice experience. When we arrived, the room was already available. I even requested for a room on a higher floor and they gave me a good one. The ambience and lighting fixtures were really nice and the waiting area with sofa as well. We stayed at an Executive Suite. The room was also nice. It had a bath tub, separate shower and 2 wash basin. There is also another toilet upon entry but with watercloset and wash basin. The view was also nice though its more of houses and the rizal mountains. The pool size has a good size and not crowded and also heated. We had dinner at the poolbar since they have Acoustic band playing on saturdays. The service was a bit slow since there were lots of people and the food came from the casino kitchen. Also, they do not accept room charging if it exceeds the 2k deposit. First time to experience this, good thing my brother brought his wallet. Food and liquor was good too. For breakfast, they also have a good selection however they do not have bacon :( sad. Nonetheless, the breakfast experience was good as well. They also sent a birthday cake for my brother. Check-out was fast too. One downside is the parking area which was on the 7th floor. It was a round swirl going up or down and caused us to be dizzy. Overall, i recommend this hotel. It is not very high-end but the service and people are good and facilities are nice. P.S. We were not able to go to the casino as we have a kid with us.

We booked this hotel using Klook points which we purchased last 2020 , but because of the pandemic, we werent able to used it immediately. However, last November 2021, i received a call from this hotel informing me that i can already avail it, so we booked first week of December. The hotel staffs were all courteous and service was satisfactorily met. The room was clean, neat, with mini ref and good air conditioning. However, there's no bidet, if it has it would be a great factor.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed their excellent breakfast service as you feel like you are being treated like big star. The free breakfast was also generously served.
If we just have more time, we will have the chance to swim as their pool view was instagrammable.
My only regret is according to the front desk they have no family rooms, all rooms were good for two pax only.

They are so accommodating, but on the pool area the lifeguard was so rude to us. She told us that who swam yesterday should be same swimmers on their registration WTF! Meaning to say they didn't accept visitors in fact my visitor is my niece and my cousin, tho I knew the policies of the hotels that should be 2 adults and 2 kids. They doesn't have a proper memo on the pool area they doesn't feel the visitors are welcome. I knew the policies of the hotel that the swimmers are minimum of 2adults and 2kids but doesn't mean that room registered should be the same swimmers. That's why the hotel are taking the visitors time limit. Pool area doesn't have waivers for swimmers and no lifeguard the pool area only at the registrations without waiver. This lifeguard that who wasn't yesterday swimmer should be pay 1400 plus something.

It was a great property. It exactly opposite to a shopping mall. It offers great Wi go connection that can be useful if you are travelling from abroad. It’s well maintained and feel good property. The only challenge we faced was Veg food, they did not have much options for vegetarians so we used to go out side for lunch and dinner.

We love this hotel, service excellent as probably theyve been seeing us couple of times there last year and staff always friendly and ready to help. Safe and price ok. Pool area very relaxing not crowded. Small casino but fun they just havebto improve the food and beverage area.Overall excellent except the food innthe resto not that great and it takes forever. They only had 1 resto open then the food counter inside casino that is always hectic and crowded. From the Valet Parking, Reception all d way to our room, pool bar, manager and supervisor, securities and most of the employees were friendly made us feel comfy. Even in the casino the employees were all friendly and accommodating. Nice hotel to chill and relax for a week.Very close to many hospitals and malls

They do not allow charging in the lobby. I was about to use my laptop for a client meeting late night and I can’t do it in my room coz some people already sleeping. They do not have a function office area for the public unlike other hotels. In the morning, I wanted to use the gym but I was only wearing crocs. They didn’t allow me to workout and said I should only wear rubber shoes. When you travel or on staycation, you don’t bring a lot. Very strict and inconsiderate for guests.

After 4 years away, I had the chance to visit Manila. We decided to stay at Winford Hotel and Casino for 2 nights. We had a good stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The service from the staff are excellent. They are very helpful, courteous and friendly. I'd like to mention Joel Garcia and Luke who have been exceptional on their roles. They assisted my elderly parents and helped us with anything that we need. We really had a great and we'll come back again when I'm in Manila next time!

The room service is the worst compare to all the hotels we been thru. The resto lied about the time of delivering the service on our room. I wont suggest to dine on their resto. Poor room service. The hotel was great. But again, poor room service

1 - depends on the traffic. But usually it would take you 1-1.5hrs 2 - no idea if you will take the airport taxi. 3 - no direct bus rides. You can ride LRT line 1. Take off at Tayuman station. You can take a walk from there, or ride a jeepney or tricycle.

Pool access is free if your name is registered at the front desk. Access is given 2 persons per room. And they don't have flexible rules so better clarify it once you check-in.
