Maya residence staff are very helpful and courteous to us and very accommodating. Location was good, relaxing and quiet... affordable prices also and the food was great... well visit again if I'm in the area.. Thumbs up for this place

The rooms in Maya are basic rooms that are equipped with everything that you need. It is strategically located close to hospitals, restaurants, malls, and the University of the Philippines. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The toilet is well-equipped too. There is a restaurant/coffeeshop downstairs for a quick gastronomic fix.

The best thing about this Inn is the location, bed, and most notable, the staff including the security guards. They are all very friendly and accommodating and go beyond expectation.Everything I needed is always a phone call away and it will be brought up to your room immediately. The room itself though is a bit out-dated but clean. Towels are...

I stayed here for two nights and can only say good things about this hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms are really clean and room service is excellent. Food is good and the price is more than fair. What more can ask for ?

Rooms are clean and tidy although a little bit cramped for 2 people. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom is okay. Very good location, near UP Diliman and near eating places. Also very convenient to get taxi cabs even very early in the morning. No wifi in the room which is a BIG disappointment. Reasonably priced. The security guard is always...

this is my second visit this year and I enjoy the calm within the walls after the chaos of the city the hotel reception had a warm greeting and my internet booking was fine The rooms are spacious but in need of some TLC to keep the standard The café and restaurant are now one larger area which is great...

I chose this hotel as I'd to visit the university nearby and the rates were fair. Location-wise, it was conveniently situated in the middle of a suburban neighbourhood, but a few minutes' walk would bring you to the main road where you can catch a jeepney. Taxis abound everywhere so it's easy to hail one when you need it. There's...

Good location, reasonable rates. VERY POOR INTERNET CONNECTIVITY. Internet wifi only available at the lobby, and it's not working. You can only get a decent connection at the hotel cafe. So they want you to buy a P100 coffee to get wifi. BOOO! Stayed here last year and strongly recommended they improve their internet situation but sadly, no action from...

I checked into their suite since the regular rooms are somewhat small. The bed is slightly above average. I enjoyed the location since it's close to malls and far enough from the crowded areas. They gave us vouchers per night stayed for the coffee shop and the adjacent restaurant. The employees are nice but not well trained. The rooms are...

In the middle of Quezon city but in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. There's a nice coffeeshop downstairs and some good restaurants you can also order for room service. Rooms are quiet, cool, and cozy.
