me and the wife stayed overnight at this boutique hotel last week-end. We enjoyed our stay. we were greeted at the reception with Happy anniversary, and also by the room pageboy. When we went down to go our for dinner,we were also greeted by a different member of the staff. This is one of the feel good atmosphere you get from...

We stayed here in a 2-bedroom suite. We're 4 adults and 4 kids. I personally love the room decor. It has a homey and cozy feel like we were staying in a wood cabin. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. I also like their shampoo and soap. They smell good and don't feel cheap. I must also commend their staff....

Cons Given their "boutique"rates, their complimentary breakfast is a turn down. Main meal is served per single order, buffet consist of few fruits and pastries selections. Studio room is spacious but the aircondition is bad that i have to request for an air cooler. Wooden flooring, i understand their earth friendly concept but we ended up with foot cuts from...

This is an environment friendly boutique hotel , with an inventory of less than 40 rooms , low rise ( only 6 floors) and having only one elevator . But looks can be deceiving , since it has all the modern comforts one would like to experience when going on a vacation , or staycation for that matter. From the...

We had to check-in late. I called up the hotel on our way there and I was already impressed by the receptionist's warmth and energy over the phone. She sounded like she was truly ready to help. Check-in was a breeze. The hotel was small, BUT - it was 'big' in many other aspects. The lobby was clean and beautifully-styled....

Returned after more than 2 years since the last visit and service has improved - the hotel should be commended for this! On arrival, complimentary refreshments were provided at reception while waiting. Staff greet with names. Explanations of the guest room functions was provided when arriving in the room. Decor almost the same as our first visit (with a very...

Their staff from the frontdesk to housekeeping were very accommodating and friendly. They let you feel at home and give good vibes all throughout our stay. Food was served in the room but you have the option to dine in the rooftop where the cafe is. They also arranged the room with petals and greeting for the occasion. There's complimentary...

If you're planning to have a chill and relaxed staycation, staying in Cocoon definitely fits the requirement. On the day of my check-in, I tried communicating with the hotel if I can check-in earlier as I just came from an event the night before that I needed to rest. I got a reply from Caryl confirming my request and asked...

Definitely a one-of-a-kind overnight experience at Cocoon. From swift check-in with welcome drinks until our checkout the next day and all throughout our stay the hospitality of everyone and great service was remarkable. I'll surely go back for the relaxing complimentary 30min foot massage and small yet picturesque roofdeck where we enjoyed the pool and modified buffet breakfast. Every details...
