This hotel is situated nearby the center of the city ! It has private parking which is a major plus ! We were 3 persons so we got a triple room and I can say that the room was big enough for us. The breakfast was very good and had variety of food from witch you can choose.

This is the former Ogulturk but it has improved. Cleaner, more hygienic serving area in the breakfast bar. Good breakfast food. Rooms can be noisy, though not really the Hotel's fault. Very thin walls, so you can hear everything from sex, drugs and rock n roll! No amount of wall banging or door knocking made it cease. Hotel staff do... More

I stayed with a school group. It is in what I think is the red light district, no issue with people but the noise travels and the 3:30 wake up by people returning from their night out was frustrating. Rooms are outdated, but have the basics. The buffet tea was very good, providing s great range of fresh and cooked... More

The Hotel is pretty close to most of the tourist attractions, and also bus and rail links. Rooms are spacious and clean and tidy, and cleaned everyday. Breakfast had a good selection of various foods.Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Manager of Hotel was also friendly and helpful, and always spoke to you.

We were welcomed with juice, tea & information on Ankara. The room was spacious & comfortable, if lacking in character. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was the best in our 6 weeks of travel in Turkey - an amazing array of food. The budget price was excellent for the service & room quality. It is difficult to find restaurants in the... We had an OK stay at this hotel. It’s unfair to mention the annoying noise coming from the street because of road work construction, but that is my most vivid memory of the two nights we spent here. Of course, that problem is solved by now. The rooms are old and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Staff could have been... More

The staff here were very helpful with providing information and also allowed us to leaves some luggage behind for 3 days when we went to Cappadocia. The old city may have a bad reputation but we loved the location, close to a lot of the sights. The breakfast was amazing! The weren't super elegant but were clean and comfortable. The... More

Our room was spacious, clean and very reasonably priced. Of all the wonderful breakfasts we had in Turkey, the "spread" put out by Ogulturk Hotel was the best. Incredible number of choices, and breakfast was included in the Hotel charge. We were within walking distance of the Anatolian Civilization Museum, the Citadel, and the Haci Bayram Mosque and could access... More

Typical of many in the area, "hollywood front - wild west rear". Attractive foyer masks an othersie crap hotel. Room facilties basic and shower/bath dirty and erratric operation. Maid leaves door wide open after servicing the room. I asked for a sink plug because I need to clean contact lenses - no way! When I bought one in town it... More
