The hospitality offered by Mr Gulec and his staff was very good. He organised as a taxi from the airport at 2am & greeted us early morning as we arrived. Whilst we didn't stay the night in his hotel, he organised us to stay at his friends hotel across the street, however we did go back to enjoy breakfast in...

A family group of 14 people, we had to stay one night before boarding and sail off along the coast. So we needed something central and we weren't really looking for a luxury accomodation, as it was just a connecting stay. Instead I would had liked to stay for at least a week! The Owner and the staff are really...

We stayed at Gulec Hotel in April 2011, where we had 2 days to get away from the crowded city of Istanbul. Reading the reviews about Hotel Gulec, we decided to stay there for the weekend. We knew we made no mistake when we arrived - Mr. Gulec was very helpful showing the directions to a close and nice restaurant...

We were two guys who went by previous reviews on Tripadvisor when we booked Hotel Gülec and we were not disappointed. Good room, peaceful place and excellent staff. The location is great, just round the corner from the action, and still quiet. The place itself is pretty with a breakfast garden. The hotel manager was most helpful, spoke perfect English,...

Will go back next time I am in Turkey. What an excellent location near town centre. The owners are very friendly. They also taught my older son how to say "cheers" in a traditional Turkish way, he will now take this tradition back to Canada and share with his friends. All in all great family run hotel and great Hosts....

Everything about this hotel was great. The rooms are simple and clean, the garden is beautiful, the breakfast is filling, and the people are so friendly. They'd do anything for you.

We very much enjoyed our three nights at the Hotel Gulec. We chose it because the online description said it had a quiet, shady garden but not a swimming pool. Since we had just come from a boat trip with lots of serious sight-seeing, we wanted a cool, restful place. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was good,...

Location was terrific- short walk to the harbor and shopping area, walking distance to castle and bus station. Extremely friendly hosts who treated us like family. Room small for 4 people but clean, freshly painted, airy and quiet. A/C in room. Breakfast was wonderful in a beautiful fruit and floral garden served by the owners’ family (fresh bread, cheese, eggs, vegetables,...

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in the Hotel Gulec. We arrived at the hotel ready for some "down time" after a week traveling along the Turkish coast, and we were very happy with the accommodations. The room itself was simply furnished but clean and comfortable with a nice en suite bathroom. The location is ideal-- it's only...

The Hotel Güleç is only two blocks from the sea and the shopping blocks and nightclubs of Bodrum, but it provides quiet beauty in its large and lovely garden as well as delicious breakfasts, clean and comfortable rooms with en suite bathrooms, and a constant supply of cold beverages at market prices! The service provided by the staff is the...
