Very pretty place covered in bougenvillea tumbling down the hillside to a lovely waterfront deck. Everything is beautifully looked after and the staff are very good, you are really well looked after everywhere you go - and Chris the restaurants manager is fab. We go pre season so it's usually quite quiet which we like, but they play some good...

Arrived at the dreamy bougainvillia draped Macakizi hotel in Bodrum to be met by warm friendly faces led by the wonderful Sina, who checked us in quickly and efficiently so that we could get down to the business of enjoying ourselves in the perfect piece of paradise on the edge of the Aegean sea in Bodrum, Turkey. The light, airy,...

A true gem in Turkbuku. Makes you feel special. The hotel grounds are well maintained. The atmosphere and crowd is a great mix. Lunch is a great experience not to miss. Winding roads to the hotel makes it a bit difficult to get in and out. Not a place with kids. Looking forward to come back.

I have just spent 4 memorable days with my partner in Macaziki. Nested on the slope of a small hill that ends in the sea, decorated and landscaped to perfection, every elevation on this hill nests a premise that blends seamlessly into the surrounding. Try the lounge that is connected to the Breakfast area, and enjoy the view to the...

Dear Faycal, Firstly we appreciate your feedback and are very happy to hear that you have had a great vacation. We feel sorry that you were left feeling disappointed as to the noise by the younger crowd. Macakizi is one of our favourite hotels and never fails to deliver. The combination of waterfront lounging, mouthwatering food, great DJ and exceptionally attentive staff makes for a relaxing daytime and, often, an impromptu party at sunset. When in Bodrum, we don't often venture further than the beachfront adjacent to the hotel as we have everything we need for a...
