Very cheap very dirty food is horrible. Mind you I only paid £200 for flights as well. So I expected it to be like this. P.s. Lots of gangs who walk around with tazar guns and other weapons all night long outside the hotel every night.

Literally just returned from a very tired Palm Garden. Torn curtains, holes in doors, food awful and cold. Spent £300 eating out. An agent from another restaurant is allowed to tout guests to avoid the hotel forking out for food. Entertainment good but limited. Reception staff rude and unhelpful apart from the lady. Ahmed, halil lasha and Denis brilliant, made...

This was a good value for money hotel with stunning views from the restaurant and bar area.. The hotel is set quite high on a hill and you should consider this if you have limited mobility as there are a lot of steps. Reception staff are very helpful and the rest of the staff very pleasant. The food was good...

Not the best hotel. Pool was ok. The slide was only open for an hour a day. Not long enough in my opinion. Food wasnt anything special. A nice enough variety for all inclusive. Entertainment was a bit poor. The team seemed to be very friendly until they realised that you werent interested in excursions from them.

On our arrival, we were asked to wait. Then a man came to us and said welcome to Turkey. He introduced himself as our representative in Turkey and his name was Bulent Karatas. Then he gave us some information about the city and immediately started if we were interested in any tour. He tried hard and sold us couple of...

Sold to us by love holidays this hotel is very tired and in need of a major refit. The rooms were awful old broken furniture and the main bedroom was like a prison cell with bed only and a small 10×10 window looking into a tunnel. The steps were plentiful but we're aware of this the issue was they are...

Since we opened the room door I had the unpleasant surprises, electrical wires hung from the wall, the air conditioning was broken, mold, dirt, broken furniture, missing cosmetics in the bathroom, missing slippers room, overlooking a storage area of the hotel, staff unfriendly and very old. Food undiversified. I do not recommend this hotel no enemies!

The placed us in two rooms down in the staff area! The least child friendly unmaintained area! Steps everywhere (which we was aware) but...

DISCLAIMER: So technically we're sisters but because it was just the two of us I chose to count it as "friends". Firstly, there was a lot of young Turkish men considering the fact that this is a family resort, maybe we just noticed this because we are 16 and 18 and we were 'targets' for lack of a better word,...
