Superb, unpretentious but luxurious, with everything one needs. The hotel is set right on the beach, with lots of sun loungers to choose from either on the sandy beach itself, or on two very nice, clean decks. They have a really good DJ playing great music - no too loud, but just loud enough to create a nice atmosphere. Plenty of nice soft towels and no ghastly key card to get your towel either . Next year one sun deck will be adults only which is a great idea. The bedrooms are modern & well appointed though the bathrooms could do with a refurbishment .Sea view rooms are a must - Garden view rooms overlook a wall.
The roof top restaurant serves amazing Asian cuisine . Italian is another option. Breakfast is very nice with a huge array of ripe, fruits ,breads and cooked options .
The staff are what separates this hotel from other 5 star hotels. They are all very charming and very helpful. Many have worked there for years which speaks well about the way the hotel is run. The Front of House manager and the receptionists could not do enough to help - taxis, restaurant reservations, room upgrades .
Basically the hotel offers all the services one wants, calmly, without fuss or pretentiousness, but in a very efficient and professional manner.
The town itself is nothing special so one needs to take a taxi to Yalikavak Marina for dinner if not using the hotel.

This was our first holiday during Covid19 and this is my first review since Covid19 started to change our lives. My wife and our three children spent a week in the hotel section of this resort and we very much enjoyed our time during our stay. Rooms are relatively large and clean. Hotel has beautiful views and it is very easy to have access to the beach. Hotel management made their best to make sure guests have their meals in open places either at the beach or pool side restaurant so that social distancing requirements are satisfied. Just to manage expectations it is no longer typical rich Turkish open buffet arrangements which you can fill your plate. You have to point what you want and there are always people to serve to your plate during breakfast. Service has been great and the staff has been very attentive particularly at the beach restaurant. Given the current environment we felt very safe and comfortable. May be the only area to be considered in the future is to expand the menu to include olive oil based vegetable dishes which Aegean region is very famous about. We really enjoyed our 7 days in this hotel and we will definitely come back again.

5 nights at the Swissotel Resort Bodrum Turgut Reis were a confirmation of the high level of service provided by the Swissotel Group. The competence, kindness and understanding of the whole staff made the holiday a period of peace, joy and relaxation quite unique. From the Valet parking the car to the front desk, from the staff at the breakfast restaurant to the beach service from the team at the Brezza restaurant to the cleaning operators, everybody contributed to create a space of comfort and satisfaction. I stayed late August early September for 1 week. This is the first of 4 hotels I stayed at Bodrum. Hotel is good. Rooms are clean. Reception can be friendly depends who is there. Breakfast is good. I invited friends for breakfast and I was told at 11 that no tea can be given. I asked that either they bring or I brew in my room, they provided tea. Beachfront services are good. Servers are kind. Towel service excellent. They need to clean the steps that goes down to water as it gets sea moss on steps and you fell down. I did and talked to a supervisor there. If you want to invite your friends for lunch and dinner. They can not use to beach. If they plan, you pay 60 Euro per person. My friends are asked before I was warned. We left the hotel and went to different beach. They could have made money from the meals and drinks! I don’t plan to stay there unless I need to be in Turgutreis.

Swissotel Bodrum is a good hotel for a quiet family vacation. Design wise hotel is marvelous. Rooms are spacious. Beach and swimming pool area are getting cleaned on a regular basis. Reception service was very helpful answering all of our requests. However, I would like to add some comments for consideration to improve services at the hotel:
1. Food: There are two restaurants with the similar menu available for lunch times. You may find my opinion biased, but hotel really need to find a solution to improve food taste and quality at the Cafe Swiss restaurant for the Lunch time. Twice cheaper options are available with 4 minutes drive from the hotel.
2. A-La-Carte restaurant service: Manager of the restaurant was guessing our country of origin with greetings from different Asian languages. I was visiting from Kazakhstan and found those comments a little intimidating.
3. Rooms: A sign should be put on the balconies to inform the guests from 2nd and 3rd floors not to squeeze their beach wear from the balcony. I was living on the first floor and ‘enjoyed’ waterfalls from upper floors.

First we want to say thank u dear Merve You always received us with a smile and made sure that we would not miss anything and we thank you for that. Your hospitality is amazing every time again. The hotel is big and beautiful .. close to the sea and the expensive marinas .. The food is excellent and the rooms are comfortable, clean and very big. The scenery is especially stunning at sunsets. We rented a car that helped us get easily from area to area so the hotel's distance from the city did not matter at all. Thank you for your great attitude and we are sure we will be back

The property is modern but it’s not the swissotel experience we were looking for.
We have stayed at swissotel Bosphorus and it’s a huge difference.
When booking we thought will experience the same with swissotel the beach.
The shower gratings always has a foul smell coming from it.
The lamp in the room is a hazard and atleast 3 family members in different rooms banged their heads on it.
The in room dining room experience is very bad they just don’t understand English and very difficult to understand.
The dining menu options are also very limited .
This hotel does not even have bell boys on standby.
Swissotel bodrum you really need to improve.

Hotel is in Turgetreis which is some 30 mins drive from central Bodrum. It is a very modern, well designed hotel. The staff are all extremely helpful. The rooms are pretty well designed with good bathrooms and beds (perhaps a little firm). We paid to upgrade to a top floor room since lower rooms face buildings. The beach is lovely with plenty of loungers - the platforms are great for diving/jumping into the sea. Breakfast was pretty good - tho's selection not as wide as would have hoped. The hotel definitely took measures to minimise COVID risk with all staff wearing masks and guests mostly inside. Gym was pretty good tho' could use with some stronger A/C. Service was very well intended if a little slow/disorganised. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the Swissôtel Resort Bodrum Beach with a friend for a girls trip and it was amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted at our car door and helped with our bags. Check-in was a smooth process lasting five minutes at most. We were then shown to our room while given a brief introduction to the hotel and told of all the amenities available to us. Once in the room we were shown around and left to settle in. The room was spectacular, spotless and spacious with a beautiful view of the sea. The hotel itself was on the smaller side however it was beautiful. The walk from our room to the beach was two minutes at most, and the beach is quiet and relaxing with a choice of lounging on sunbeds on the sand, loungers on the pier near the beach bar, or renting a cabana. The beach bar provides a variety of delicious foods and drinks. The hotel offers a cafe on the 1st floor and two rooftop restaurants with amazing views, Yûhi restaurant and Brezza restaurant allowing us to enjoy food from a variety of cuisines. All the staff at the hotel were extremely nice and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and helping us find the best spots around Bodrum. A big shout out to Sevinc who helped us with everything from arranging a day trip to Kos, with minimal effort on our part, to ordering medication to the hotel when one of us felt under the weather. The hotel also has a spa which I highly recommend, booking a treatment was extremely simple and we were given access to all the facilities in the spa. The Oriental Turkish Hammam was so relaxing and I felt like a whole new person afterwards. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday that you will never forget.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a good experience. Overall I think we probably visited at a low season time as the hotel was mostly empty and quite deserted. The room was lovely and the beach area was beautiful. Service at the beach/ deck seemed to be missing- we didn’t find anyone there except for us and one more couple. The spa was great and we highly recommend the therapists there. The thing we were most disappointed with however was the food at the restaurant for dinner- we ate their our first night since we were exhausted, but the food was very expensive and completely unworthy of that price. The next night we went to the Turgutres marina, which is 5 mins away and had great food on offer. We would like to appreciate the friendliness of the staff, especially Fatih at the front desk - we felt very welcomed and taken care of! I am guessing we would have had a better experience in high season, with more crowd, since at this time it just felt very isolated. And since it is 40 mins away from the Bodrum city Center, it’s not ideal for getting around easily. Though a taxi was arranged for us with ease.
