If you want a mountain wilderness experience with a super clean room, private bath, comfy bed and gourmet breakfast look no further. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with hosts Doug and Jodee. If you are in the Asheville area and want a beautiful, relaxing experience swinging on the expansive deck overlooking the forest then be sure to book in advance,...

Our favorite place to stay when visiting Asheville! Great out of the way location near the Blue Ridge Parkway and the arboretum. The lodge is beautiful and clean. No TV's in the rooms but that's what we like. Doug and Jodee are great and their breakfast are fantastic. Worth every penny.

We stayed at Bent Creek Lodge for 4 days. It is located just outside of Asheville. The Blue Ridge Parkway is easily accessible. In fact, you can walk to the Parkway from the lodge. There are several other walking trails available that begin at the lodge. We stayed in the Barn Room, the only guest room accessible from the main...

I cannot recommend this place enough! Quiet, peaceful, relaxing, nature filled, hospitable, etc. This is a wonderful place near Asheville but far enough to feel secluded. The lodge is wonderful and cozy. It was quiet while we were there although fully booked. The inn keepers are very nice and the breakfasts are truly gourmet! The real treat is that each...

This is our third stay here at this lovely lodge, extraordinarily convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the North Carolina Arboretum. Just minutes from Asheville. The rooms are lovely, there is a TV if you must have one in the common room, a pool table (only to be used before 9:30 p.m. to ensure noise reduction). And a beautiful...

Our stay here was very enjoyable. It was a private setting yet just close enough to town and attractions. The breakfast was scrumptious and creative. The treats left out were perfect! Would highly recommend. We will definitely be back if time allows!

We had many things to celebrate in our family this year, especially my husband's and my 50th wedding anniversary. Bent Creek Lodge was the perfect place to do it. Doug, Jodee and their wonderful staff left no stone unturned to see we were comfortable and that everything was to our satisfaction. Besides the fabulous breakfasts mentioned by others, Jodee and...

I brought my 81 year old mom here for a long weekend. Even though stairs were a concern, she did fine. We completely enjoyed the relaxation of the back deck and the beautiful gardens and garden art collection. Each room is decorated in a theme and is very lodge appropriate. I believe the lodge was built in the late 90's...

An amazing garden to wander, close enough to town but for nature lovers like us the wildlife in the garden was a real plus. Breakfast was good, plentiful and great to be able to eat outside. One place we really want to return too and have told our US friends about. Lots of information about local restaurants and the one...

Can't speak highly enough about this amazing staff and owners. We originally booked 3 nights but ended up only being able to stay for 2 nights and the staff/owners were so understanding and did not charge us for the last minute change. The location of this lodge allowed our short getaway to keep us central to everything we wanted to...
