I would rate this B&B as probably 4.5/5 if that was an option. The location is excellent for access to the blue ridge parkway or arboretum (we visited the arboretum), and it is only a ~20 minute drive to downtown. The lodge itself is very beautiful, with a nice garden in back that you can walk through, and chairs on...

This is a B&B located just outside of Asheville, NC. Built on the side of a hill, very nice appointments. The owners and staff made our stay memorable. We felt extremely comfortable. My wife and I will stay there again any time we are in area.

This place has to be seen to be believed! It is minutes from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore, but has the feel of being in the high NC mountains once you descend the drive up to the Inn. Our host, Doug, and the staff could not have been more gracious during our stay. Doug even went the extra distance to...

Booked three rooms for a weekend to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of family members. Beautiful location in lodge style. Large porches for gathering or just watching the birds, squirrels, etc. Enjoyed the breakfasts, snacks and relaxed atmosphere. We had 2 downstairs and one main level rooms. Really enjoyed the downstairs rooms...stepped out onto large covered deck. Lisa was our...

We brought our mountain bikes and our road bikes for 5 days of riding in and around Asheville. Bent Creek Lodge was a beautiful home base, a short walk in the woods from the Blue Ridge Parkway (excellent road riding) and only a short ride from the Bent Creek Experimental Forest (a wonderful network of fun mountain biking trails). Jim...

Every room at this inn has a beautiful view of tne gardens behind the lodge and the woods beyond. There are paths into the woods cleared for your hiking pleasure that start right outside the garden gate and over the little arched bridge ( which is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee) The rooms are well appointed and...

Jodee and Paul and their staff were so attentive. The huge breakfasts were delicious, presented beautifully, and served with smiles and graciousness. Complementary sodas, hot and cold water, coffee, tea, and ice were always available in the common room, and cookies were available in the late afternoon. You would not know that this conveniently accessible rural setting was not in...

A beautiful property that has gorgeous grounds. Rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast was a wonderful food adventure each morning. Close to all sites yet gave a secluded presence. Host were very friendly and helpful - will be back to enjoy more attractions.

Bent Creek Lodge was the perfect experience for us. We were nervous about what it would be like to eat breakfast with everyone and if it would be too quiet staying in our first B&B as opposed to a hotel. Our fears were quickly dispelled. Everyone eats together, but at their own table. We were warmly greeted each morning by...
