Upon arrival at motel there were 8 people at the Front desk complaining about service. First had special reservations and was to be in their room at noon. I arrived at 4pm. One person in the group was in a wheel chair and they had requested first floor rooms since they have no elevators. So they were giving second floor...

I have to say I was very nervous going to this hotel after reading all the bad reviews. I was however, pleasantly suprised. We stayed in the family deluxe suite and it worked out great. The room was extremely spacious with 2 queen beds, a pull out sofa bed, recliner, 2 tvs, kitchen table and chairs, fridge, microwave and desk. It...

I'll cut right to the chase. This hotel gave my girlfriend and I a terrible weekend They charged me $217 on top of the cost of the package deal we got as a "authorization fee" because I used a debt card. They said the money is being held but it isn't a charge but it was still taken out of...

Worst hotel/motel experience of my life. A print fell off the wall and hit my daughter--the room smelled like urine and so did the staff.

We have made the rounds at the "family-style" hotels recently (see other reviews) and this one I would give just an OK to. We just returned from a three night stay here. I think this could be a great hotel with a few minor changes, however, here is objective scoop on this hotel - as reviews/info is hard to find...

From the beginning of making the reservation there was an issue. First off, you cannot understand what the person was saying, I was disconnected, called back, had to wait on a manager, she promised to call me back but no one did. I finally called back and asked for one. 3 days before the trip, I had to cancel. Well...

We booked our stay after spending the day at Geuaga Lake. We were driving home and pasted the hotel and decided to book a stay for the following week. The front desk was very helpful in getting us a package deal for the following week. Once we arrived the morning of our stay we picked up our park passes and...

This hotel is great. We were there on Thursday, August 10th & it was wonderful. Amber Waves has great food; they are just a tad bit high on their prices. The arcades are gigantic. Our room overlooked the Mini Golf course which you will get an orange card for 1 complimentary game. The breakfast is fantastic. It's in the Garden...

I decided tto treat my girlfriend and I to a mini vacation before we graduate college this fall. I researched online, contacted the hotel and it was all set. We were told we would receive a 2 night stay & 4 tickets to the park. We only got 2. When we checked in to the room reserved, there was hair...
