Just a great B and B. Close to the Shakespeare Festival theatres, yet removed enough for blessed peace and quiet. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and attractive. The breakfasts are deelish. Vicki, the innkeeper, goes the extra mile to advise her guests about venues, transportation, etc. I have been to Ashland a number of times over the past 30 years,...

We love winning over new guests who have been enjoying Ashland for many years! It's a reflection of our high standards for all that is The Iris Inn. Since opening in 1982, every year has seen changes...from small additions to rooms to refurbishing of individual rooms and inn. Ashland bed and breakfast standards are high and we choose to excel!...

The Iris Inn got started in 1982 when Vicki bought the place and launched a superb place to stay in this theater town, the home of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. The inn is a craftsman style house that is beautifully decorated, and each room is unique, with its own décor. The vast majority of guests come here for theater, and...

Well, wow! This is what has made innkeeping my profession for the past 33 years. Guests who love the inn as much as I do, enjoy the many attractions in and around the Rogue Valley, make friends with many interesting guests who grace our tables AND return for yearly stays. Thank you doesn't say it enough! Vicki

My husband and I have just returned from our umpteenth stay at the charming Iris Inn. Vicki and her staff are most gracious and welcoming. Vicki will make you feel right at home. This is a popular 5 room B&B that is tastefully decorated and an easy walk to downtown Ashland. The homemade breakfasts served in the comfortable dining room...

Thank you, thank you! I love innkeeping and the wonderful guests we have hosted over the years. I know that I have been doing this for a long time (33 years!), but it still feels fresh to me and, I hope, all our guests. See you in 2016! Vicki

Thanks to Vicki for being so nice about helping me out. I needed an early breakfast so she laid out some granola, berries and coffee. The room and house was very comfortable. The owners care about the guests experience. The location was perfect, easy walking to Lithia park and downtown. Nice neighborhood. Quiet. Best B and B experience I have...

"Concierge Service with the B & B Touch" is our goal at the inn. Thank you for telling Tripadvisor readers we achieve our goal. Vicki

A wonderful stay. The location is extremely convenient for the theaters and Lithia Park with a 10 minute walk. The rooms are elegant and cozy. The proprietors, Vicki and Greg, are the best-advice if you'd like it but hands off if not needed or requested. Breakfasts are quite unique as Vicki is an incredible cook. Interesting talks with other guests...

Our garden area are a favorite spot for guests at the inn. We have created many areas for relaxing, snoozing and whatever else a guest is seeking. Afternoon wine is enjoyed on the patio as the sun sets on another day of theater at OSF. Thank you! Vicki

I'm not sure the internet, let alone this comment box, has enough space to capture all that is wonderful about the Iris Inn. It was about the most all-around comfortable stay I've ever had. The location was wonderful: easy walking distance to a downtown full of shops, restaurants, bars, and a gorgeous park with trails, and yet tucked away just...

Ashland drew us 33 years ago to start a bed and breakfast for all the wonderful reasons you mentioned in your review. The years have flown by with the pleasure of meeting new people and welcoming back return guests. The inn is a wonderful, warm and welcoming place to call "home" for inn's guests as well as the innkeepers. Thank...

Four blocks from the theaters, delightful rooms with very comfortable beds. The innkeeper and the staff have hospitality down to a very wonderful science. Our only complaint is we didn't spend enough time in Ashland or at the Iris Inn. We plan to rectify that error.

This vintage Victorian B&B is the perfect place to stay. The innskeeper has over 30 years experience and knows how to do it right. I especially found it comfortable, cozy and safe being a single traveler. Not one bad room in the Inn and the breakfasts were delicious. Nice amenities as well. This is where I'll be staying from now...

We stayed here with a group of 6 women who come to Ashland to see plays once a year. We always stay in a different place but after staying here we will likely repeat for the first time. The rooms were inviting, the living room was a great gathering area. The meals were excellent and they easily accommodated one guest...

The innkeepers are very friendly, even offered to let us park at the B&B so we could walk to our afternoon play even though it was before check-in time. The charming Victorian home is filled with antiques. We stayed in the Vista room which was originally a sleeping porch. It was delightful, and the bathroom had a great shower. The...
